Hello! I am hear to tell you all of the reviews on how beautiful and comfortable this set is are absolutely true!! It is easy to assemble and looks amazing in our nursery. However, my reason for a. 2 star review is: in reading reviews myself, it seems as if they are having manufacturer difficulties. The package came ahead of schedule, the box intact and undamaged. When I opened it it seemed as though there was enough support in how it was packaged to keep the items safe. The base of the Glider has cross support dowels, if you will, that arrived broken. The rest of the Glider was intact and easy to assemble. However there are parts of the cusion that seem to have lost thier fluffiness or ability to expand due to how they were placed against harder surfaces. I am hoping those will bounce back given time. The entire ottoman is cracked in half width wise and is slanted to the right. I have reached out to customer support and will edit my review of my experience and their solutions. The set is slient and glides with ease. 5/5 in beauty and comfort of the product. 0/5 for spending $200+ dollars on a piece of furniture that arrives broken and requires my 33 week pregnant self to add something to a list of things that needs to be reconciled before baby comes. This glider and Ottoman set is so great! It was very easy to put together, looks amazing and the quality of the product is wonderful. It is very comfortable and I love sitting it it during this pregnancy. I know it will be so amazing to use once the baby is here too!

    • Cheaply made. Broke after two weeks.

When we first got it, the chair just felt cheap when sitting on it. Should have stuck with my gut and returned it. Only two weeks into our baby's life and the back of the chair snapped. Absolutely a waste of money for new parents that are already spending tons of cash.

The chair was very comfortable, and easy to assemble. It looks very nice also. It started squeaking after about 2 weeks. Tightening it didn’t help. Nothing helped. The squeaking was really annoying, so the chair has been returned. I’m waiting for my refund now.

I recently purchased the Storkcraft Harmony glider in the white/misty grey color. I received a white base, but sandstone color upholstery instead of the misty grey color. The sandstone upholstery is supposed to go with the brown base... Wonder if the manufacturer just thinks people won't notice they are switching the upholstery color... I've tried to call the customer service phone number several times (as instructed in the sheet that came in the glider box) but I just get a message that says the number is inactive. Also have sent an email to the manufacturer customer service with no response... ... show more

I bought this set for my daughter who had twin girls. Very very good quality. I sat in it and it is extremely comfy! No squeaks or uneven rocking in either chair or foot stool. Son in law said it was extremely easy to put together. The only negative I can say is it took about 4 days longer to arrive than stated when it was ordered. It arrived two days before the babies so it worked out ok. Daughter, dad, babies and grandma are extremely pleased with this rocker and stool. The color of the upholstery in my opinion is closer to the espresso color rather than the gray ordered. Definitely not the true gray as shown in the photo though. ... show more

Very comfortable chair, it doesn’t “recline” but it always you to relax while sitting and glide with the foot stool. Took off a star because I ordered the gray color and it’s definitely more of a beige/brown tint than gray- see pics.
