The seals on the box were broken, the box was not completely closed, the chocolates were spilling out. I think the box was stuffed into the shipping envelope as is. I don't think the damage happened during shipping.

This is excellent chocolate. They are top quality and make a great gift for any special occasion. They melt in your mouth and are not real sweet. The only problem I had with these was the delivery thus the lower score. Some were melted and mixed up in the package. Rather than gift them I had to keep them for myself.
