I finally decided to switch from manual to battery operated grinder , I have very bad arthritis so I finally decided it was time to switch, after shopping for sehile I decided on this product, it looked cool and the fact it plugs to cell phone for power made it a no brainer( even after reading everyone’s reviews I still decided to try this !! It does what everyone claims, yrs stuck, doesn’t grind the products , what a waste of money , I just received it in 5/17/24, if I had the packaging I would send it back, the company that created this should really consider pulling it and upgrading it cause it’s not right for ppl to spend hard earned money and get a product that doesn’t work !! I will be posting my thoughts on every social media web sites that I have accounts with ,pls try making it right with customers before it gets out that your product doesn’t do what it claims to do ... show more

There is a slight learning curve, sometimes the material gets stuck on the sides and you just gotta unplug it and Shake It Up and plug it backup again and it will get to running. Cool little gadget for the price definitely buying another one because it is delicate so it might break fast cause I carry it around. ... show more

Power plug is odd. Male end connectors. I can only plug it into my phone. Gets stuck a lot when operating. Only works good if product is already ground up. Which makes it useless.

The product is very fun to flex with friends, but it does not work well. It's getting stuck like the stepsister too many times. If you want to have nice grinder to do the job, you should look for other options.

Had many of these prior to design change. Go back to old design these are junk. Have 2 that I cant return because I gave them as gifts and only had a few weeks to return. Save your money these wont grind anything

Don't waste your money. The mtor is so weak, it stops when it comes into contact with the herb. This mess won't grind confetti.

This thing does work but it doesn't shred the weed for me to smoke. It only jams up until I unstuck it. So I would like my money back please.
