    • The SMELL is horrible
The product smells horrible, smells like urine or dirty toilet. We didn’t notice the smell in the beginning and thought the smell was from our bathroom. Until I moved the mat to garage, it turned my entire garage smell like toilet! There’s definitely manufacture defect with this product.     • Smells worse than my dog farts!
So this item does what is supposed to do. FYI yes it’s stone and it’s heavy. The way this thing smells!!!!! I swear they seasoned it in dead bodies. I’ve ordered stuff from China and it’s been delivered what smells like everyone there smokes. That’s bad! But this is the worst smelling thing i have ever had delivered. I did let it air out for a few days but its seems like it’s going to take over a week for it to air out. So as a recap its coming to you smelling horrible. Air it out for a few days/week. The product does work as it states which is awesome. Yet that smell is nasty nasty nasty. Hence the 2 stars. Only because the item does do what’s it’s supposed to do. Yet when the whole room and bathroom smells like rotting carcus, there is an issue! Sorry guys that smell is just bad. Not too sure if i mentioned the smell. Okay so the customer service is awesome! The other reviews aren’t kidding. My wife doesn’t even want to be in our bedroom bc the smell from the bathroom seeps in. Xmas gift bust.

    • Horrendous stench
I cannot keep this if the stench of this mat does not go away soon. It is simply awful. Updating: it’s been over a week, still smells. Less so but still smells as if I have a drain problem. Not sure I can do this lol I love it other than that. Will see if there are other brands that do not have this issue. ... show more
