Nothing to complain about! Super fast shipping and crazy good quality! I can’t believe how easy it is to use! I was kind of intimidated at first but now it feels so natural! This is great for beginners and I’m sure professionals too! I love that it’s a pen rather than the traditional kind, it feels sooo natural! Not to mention the customer service is also very good! Fast at getting back and kind! My green ink came with a damaged cap and I asked for a new one and they sent it with no hassle! I’ve already convinced a few of my friends to get this pen aswell. Assumed the kit would consist of assorted lining and shading needles and did not read every single word so was disappointed on delivery day to find only lining needles and most of the work requires shading.
