Most reviewers were saying this ran large. I usually wear a large or xl in coats as I like room for sweaters and moving. I bought a large and with a sweater it was snug, but moveable. The lining is the same as the faux fur in the hood. The hood was huge! Like you could fit 2 heads in it! I ended up sending it back because I just didn’t love it on me. The zipper was not split, either. So when you were zipped up, and sat down, the coat was very restrictive for movement. The color was beautiful, though. I took a chance on this coat as I really don't like hoods. With the weather here lately being very cold I am certainly glad I decided to go ahead and buy this. Very soft on the inside and cozy. The dreaded hood turned out to be my favorite part of this coat, saving my ears from the frosty elements. I think it is made a little larger than a regular medium, I guess to accommodate for bulky sweaters. Personally, I couldn't wear a sweater under this, way to warm for me. I absolutely love this jacket! Purchased the I've Grey one. Only thing I dislike is that it is a bit big on me. I'm 5'2" and 110pds. I bought size small. Wish there was an extra small option! But other than that, it is so soft and warm.. and such a nice design! Definitely worth the purchase!8
