The fit and finish of this cap is really nice. I enjoy several different styles of cabbies, newsboys, driver caps in their multiple panel varieties. Of all the brands I've run through, Sterkowski is without a doubt the best of them all. It's more comfortable. It's better built. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. Enough so, that after buying a wool and also an unlined hat of theirs from Amazon (warmth for winter and thin for spring/summer), I immediately placed an order directly with Sterkowski ,which got them even cheaper, though I think it was delivered by rowboat from Poland. As far as I know, you won't be finding a better made hat ,in the styles they offer, for a better value. ... show more

I purchased this hat looking for a quality replacement and this fit the bill. Only issue I had was that it was too small for my head. I wear a 2xl Stetson newsboy and that fits prefect. If you are looking for a light weight, breathable linen hat, this one is stylish and perfect. We bought one and my husband wore it for 3 years and then accidentally left it in a hotel room. We ordered a 2nd one since he loved it so much.
