Sterlite makes good quality storage bins, but often the packaging is not good and so they arrive broken. The packaging for this order was truly excellent. The bins were padded with cardboard, the entire things was securely packed and double boxed. Really happy, and love the size, shape and quality.

I love clear bins to find things. I’ve bought these many times and several times, I had to send them back as they arrived broken. We have also moved house with these and several shattered. Nonetheless, I still love these for easy to find storage

I've done craft shows and used so many types of containers to store, transport, and sort my materials and products. I cannot count how many times bags tore or cheaper plastic cracked, leaving the content open to water, dust, rodents. I was done and wanted to setup my workroom in a way that allowed easy use, secure storage, and good looks. I have the 15 qt, 27 qt, and got the 6 qt containers and redid all my supplies and projects. I was able to layout a pattern to use all the boxes in various configurations that allows maximum use of my shelving space (consistency in sizing and how they could fit side by side). Problem is - I had some items that required more room lengthwise but took up too much space in larger totes or the larger totes would get too heavy. Ordered these 32 qt long boxes - they slide into the same space used by other boxes - and I was able to store my looms or complicated projects in something easier to access and move. Sterlite has always stood up to long term use, the clasp on these hold the boxes tight and keep dust or unwanted visitors from my delicate items (paper boxes were useless and not sturdy), I have the same style and color now and it makes my workshop modular and easy to see, store, and access what I need. The bulk bundles found here have been a fantastic value and way cheaper than buying a couple at local stores. Cannot recommended these - and other sizes - enough!

I saw all the reports of broken boxes, but mine arrived quickly and all in one piece. Truthfully, this is the 3rd set of this size I've ordered, in addition to several sets of the 6Qt containers, and I've never had any of them be broken on arrival or even break while in use. I imagine the can get brittle with age, but none of mine are showing age after several years. My only (very minor) complaint is that the latches are not 'tight.' The latch fine and hold when carrying or even when tipped over, but if they drop a foot or so on the side, the lids pop off. Also, when sliding upper boxes on and off lower ones, the latches often come open on the lower boxes. Not a major problem unless you pull a box out that's full of lego pieces and it tilts and spills. Bottom line: I like these, I've had no significant problems with them in just shy of 2 years and the price was the best available.
