I like the heaviness & thickness of this mat! Not only extremely comfortable anti fatigue but they truly stay down by themselves. Once they are unpackaged from being rolled up and uncurled they actually stay down! In waiting for the mat adhesive to arrive, I first put the mat down and it stayed down without the adhesive! Almost no need for something to hold it down. But out of abundance of caution for extra safety , I will use adhesive when it arrives. Definitely quality in this product, I speak from experience I had to throw many mats away that were too flimsy & frustrating because they came up & you tripped over them!
