Oh my goodness! We did not have any of the problems others have reported. 1. we immediately checked all the parts on arrival to make sure it didn't look used. It did not, all parts were there and in excellent condition. 2. my husband had no issues assembling, maybe took an hour with little cursing. 3. yes, the wheels are plastic and not rubber but the noise they make when rumbling on concrete is not objectionable. My grandson loves riding around in it. We purchased for his 1 year birthday and he was able to sit up normally and the belt held him in with no issues.
