The actual winch looks like it will work for what I'm wanting. Couple of issues though with the winch remote and the wiring diagram. The remote is OK but the wires are short for the hooking up to the winch. The positive and negative cables are about 1 foot longer. Plus they are all attached to the remote. So wiring the remote in and attaching cables to the winch will take some extra wiring. The other issue is the wiring diagram shows 4 wires going through a solenoid to the winch and remote. Diagram shows 2 red and 2 black when in reality there is 1 red and 1 black and 1 blue and 1 yellow. The red and black go to the battery and the yellow and blue actually operate and hook up to the winch. You can hook the yellow and blue 2 different ways so you have to figure out which way the you want the winch to turn in or out. Other than those issues think it will do what its supposed to! It's cheap in price but overall worth what you spend on it!

The product is well made but it is not working. Instructions do not cover the remotes that shipped with the winch. Product support is in china only accessable by messaging. Once I was connected by email through Amazon they were able to tell me what should have been in the instructions with the winch. Everything is workin fine now. I look forward to using it.

I bought it for my Arctic Cat V2 4x4 650, but it will not fit no matter what! So I ended up putting it on my Yamaha Grizzly 350. It didn't fit either, but I was able to make it work with some extra holes I jad to drill in the mounting plate. The wires that attach to the winch are to short, I'm goin to put some quick disconnects on the two wires and keep the remote in the storage box under the seat. Not what I wanted but it will work.

How about a REAL KNOB for disengagement of the Drum.... Wife said get a Real Knob for this awesome winch..... I installed an automatic transaxle in a PT Cruiser.....EASY
