Tighetend my steering up. Fit and function was good and snug. And they are cheap security. I dont think they will fall out. Easier to install with the shaft out of the truck. Could not get them to go in square while it was in the truck. I also had to replace the lower shaft as my u joint failed.

After watching a few videos. Many people mentioned these. It took about 10-15min to install on my 2005 dodge ram 2500 and really improved the the steering play. I still have some play but I think that's coming from the steering rack. I highly recommend these if your bushing is gone.
