The media could not be loaded. It was not easy to put this heavy duty garden / farm cart together. There were no instructions in the box . That was a first! Hubby was crushed. The neighbor saw us struggling and yelled over if we checked YouTube . I was so happy to find this short assembly video, at least we knew where to start. The screws are super hard to turn once they hit that blue stuff inside them . I guess a seal. Get your own tools because the included ones will bend. Everything went ok until the last grate . There we had to stop again and decided to figure that last problem out the next day bc we were tired from the first part . Once hubby got his strength back he had no choice but to bend the screw holder so we could get the screw in and closed . He had to also bend the opening of that part because the screw didn’t slide in like on all others, he has to screw the screw into that clip or it would have never fit . The photo shows a bend connecter , it was hard to get the clip through, I got that done with a few taps with a hammer. Now that the cart works we both agree it is heavy duty and can take heavy loads . It’s not too hard to pull or steer , I just have to make wider turns. The tires are inflated but I have no info about how many PSI they take. Again, no instructions or information at all . The mat fits. The price for such a heavy duty cart is good . This is not the kind of garden cart you can easily transport. It’s more for small barns , gardeners , small farms etc . I can’t imagine taking this camping …. way too heavy. But I can make it a flatbed and load tons of bags of mulch directly from the trunk onto the cart, or bales of hay etc . Fall is coming !
