Skip your insurance! This product is worth it for its speed and discretion!
I ordered this product on a Wednesday night and it arrived by the evening of the next day. I mailed out my sample on Friday morning and got a notice today (Monday) that my sample has been received from the facility and is being processed and that I should expect results within the next 1-2 business days. I thought this product was a bit pricey at first (just over $60 for the 4-Common STD test) but now that I've used the product, I would say it's well worth it for the fast service and the discretion. Not to mention, getting to by-pass insurance and a tedious doctor's visit. If my results come back with anything, I hope to be able to use them for a TeleDoc visit to get any follow-up care that I may need. Last important bit to note: when I collected my sample, I had thought I broke the top of the tube to seal it. I enclosed it anyways but contacted customer service to ask them what they might do in case the sample leaks or is otherwise unusable. They replied same day to my e-mail to let me know that, if that happens, they will send a fresh test kit free of charge. They also told me that if the cap of the tube breaks or is unstable/won't seal back properly, you can use tape to reseal it.

Easy, discreet and fast
This test kit was very discreet from start to finish, which gave me peace of mind. The instructions were easy to follow, the sample collection was simple, and I received my results faster than expected. Good alternative to going to the clinic if you’re looking for a private, convenient way to get tested at home. Only downside is it’s just a bit pricey!

Easy, convenient, and seemingly reliable.
Extremely easy to use - clear instructions and definitely comes across as very reliable. Shipping process is easy with the prepaid package and label but it did take about a week to get to the lab. True to their word though that my sample was processed within 2 days of delivery. Results report is very easy to read which is great - some tests from traditional labs are SO confusing and this one was very clear. I will 100% use this again and suggest to anyone needing testing! I wish it were less expensive, of course, but you're also paying for the discretion.
