I purchased this car for my 8 year old nephew and he thoroughly enjoyed it. It comes with 4 batteries, but 2 be clear, 2 are rechargeable, which are meant for the car only, and 2 are regular batteries for the remote. The car itself is sturdy and survived multiple crashes and a toddler sitting on it. It's also pretty speedy. The battery life is decent. Each battery lasted around 15-20 minutes right out of the box, so I'm guessing they'll last a little longer fully charged. Would definitely recommend. ... show more
