  • A Decent Entry Keyboard
I haven't owned a piano in forever and I'm understandably rusty. I was a child when I had lessons and was okay, but then I stopped playing for about 25+ years. So when I saw this I picked it up. I love that it's a full-sized keyboard and has plenty of options. However, I have a few complaints that make it less than perfect. The biggest one is the sound quality. It is severely lacking. It sounds okay, but the volume is super quiet even at the loudest setting. The ability to use regular headphones makes it a bit better, but even at the loudest volume, it is still fairly quiet. My other complaint is how complicated the various options are. My old keyboard had tons of buttons and was quite easy to operate. This one involves a few buttons with different combinations in order to access all the options. It's not easy unless you have the instructions handy. And lastly, this is a minor gripe, but one of the bars on the digital display was broken out of the box which makes one of the numbers look off. Otherwise, for an affordable entry-level piano, I am happy with it. It's not a perfect score, but it is acceptable. ... show more

  • Works great
The quality of this keyboard is outstanding, and it feels robust and durable. Its appearance is sleek, with a harmonious combination of a black body and white keys. The key touch and feel are quite good, even though they aren't fully weighted. They provide a certain level of weight and responsiveness, allowing for a piano-like playing experience. The electronic piano offers a rich variety of tones and sound effects, including options like the cello, violin, and synthesizer, which add diversity and fun to your performances. One of my favorite features is the ability to practice using headphones, which allows you to rehearse without disturbing those around you and helps protect your hearing. This keyboard is suitable for both beginners and those with some piano experience. It's lightweight, making it easy to move and carry, and it doesn't take up much space. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to improve the sound quality even further, but overall, it's an excellent instrument. ... show more

  • Good For My Teen
My teen was expressing interest in keyboards and I didn't want to spend a lot for an instrument that may or may not be played much. For our purposes this is great. It definitely feels like the price tag but I can't be mad because I got it for a beginner. Every function works, it's easy to operate, and it is nice enough that should my kid decide to keep going and want to upgrade later this will have been worth the time for them to learn. If they decide to give it up then at least it's not a horribly expensive item collecting dust. ... show more

  • Nice alternative for someone who doesn't have room for a piano
I haven't had access to a piano for the last 15 years due to not having room, so this is a nice alternative for me. I'm also not exactly a pro player and mostly play for my own enjoyment. So, this keyboard works for my needs, but there are some areas that could be improved. One of the things I like is that it's lightweight and can be easily stored under my bed in the bag that it comes with. The stand is easy to assemble and also very lightweight. The stand is also where I had my biggest issue. The stand doesn't sit flat on my floor and I found it's easier to play it on my floor, bed, or the table. This is probably because the flooring in my home is carpet, but I do wish the stand was a little more stable. The keyboard comes with over the ear earphones, a pedal, the power cord, number stickers to place on the keys if needed, an attachable music stand, and a clip to hold the music. All of these things fit nicely into the smaller pocket on the front of the bag. It also comes with an alan wrench for assembling the stand, which took very little time. The keys are textured, and at first it bothered me because I'm used to smooth ivory keys, but they are touch sensitive and responsive. Is this the same as a piano, or even a high-end keyboard, no. I do think it's a nice alternative and great for a beginner. ... show more

  • Great for beginners
I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. As a beginner, I was looking for a portable keyboard that could provide an authentic piano-playing experience, and this keyboard exceeded my expectations. The keys feels incredibly responsive and natural to play. The Bluetooth functionality is an excellent feature of this keyboard. It seamlessly connects to my favorite music apps on my smartphone or tablet, and enables me to interact with various educational and music production apps and has made practice sessions much more enjoyable. This comes with a stand that is sturdy and a convenient carrying bag. The sound quality of the built-in speakers is adequate, considering the portable nature of the keyboard. The headphone option allows for private practice sessions without disturbing others, which my wife really appreciates. ... show more

  • Feels kinda cheap
Overall a very nice looking piano with functional stand but I can’t help but obsess over the fact that it feels cheap. Don’t get me wrong it has a lot of usable functions and everything works well. The stand goes a certain way that if you don’t assemble it right the piano won’t fit well and stable on it. The speakers are super quiet so you’ll def need to connect speakers to it. I did like that it’s very light so you can take it anywhere. ... show more

  • It's portable and makes some music, but there are some tradeoffs
I wouldn't say I am a piano snob, but there are definitely some drawbacks to this one. The listing states that the keys are semi weighted, they definitely don't have the same quality feel that some higher-end keys have (or even some lower-end midi keyboards). While it looks like a piano, the texture of the keys and the bounce back definitely make it feel more like a toy. On the flip side, I was super impressed with the size and weight of this thing. It is very light and could be good if you are wanting a longer keyboard without having a burden of hauling something incredibly heavy. Overall, it's relatively affordable for an 88 key piano - but I think there are so many other quality options out there (maybe with less keys) that could serve as an alternative to this. ... show more
