We love this Starbucks whole beans coffee! But since they don't refund/replace it's quite an inconvenience when they send you the WRONG product. My espresso machine does not take grounds. I just placed my order for a 6-pack WHOLE BEANS. Need our coffee 😭

I ordered whole bean and got ground. You can’t return it, so I guess I’m stuck with 6 bags of ground coffee. Tastes fine, so not a total loss but not happy I didn’t get what I paid for.

    • I love having a 6pk so that's 6 months of the coffee bases being covered. 🙂
My only problem is that I wish the expiration date is not exactly 6 months from December expiring in June and that means if I take any longer than one bag of months it will be expired. I also read other reviews where the expiration date is either expired or soon thereafter the purchase on other reviews I read. I also don't like that at one point I had to wait 3 weeks to even get it and they prolong the date saying it'll be tomorrow and then when I made a complaint somehow this was overnight the same order that I waited several weeks for and then when I ask for respect and do what they're supposed to do accurately and then they can all of a sudden overnight it which was quite interesting so I was happy that they took my complaint serious and did you get it to me right away ... show more
