We introduced this blend in 1998 for those who prefer a milder cup. A shade lighter than most of our offerings—more toasty than roasty—it was the result of playing with roast and taste profile together for a flavor that appealed to a wider range of palates. Perfect if you want to wake up to a less intense coffee but still want a lot of character, it's lively with a citrusy tang that gives way to a clean finish. This one of the best half caffeine coffee's there is on the market. I've tasted many and have found Starbucks to be the most consistent in flavor and brewing. I still get the caffeine richness without the blandness of decafe. I would highly recommend this coffee. You will not be disappointed.

they give you way more vanilla flavor, which is my least desired. Also, Starbucks always tastes a bit burnt to me. but it's better than buying one at the store every day.

I worked for Starbucks, and I can honestly say that I learned to enjoy coffee working there. I grew up in Phoenix, and was not a coffee drinker. I always considered it a 'cold weather' drink. When I relocated to Seattle, and worked in the corporate offices, it was an entirely new introudction to coffe. The place smell of cofffe beans, people were kind and a bit wired. It made sense. I slowly began to enjoy drinking coffe. I will admit, that the coffee I grew up with was nothing like this. When asked how it was, I would always respond with "Burnt!" It was always way too strong and bitter for my pallette. Over time, I began to notice the subtle notes and enjoy it. If we went out and had coffee with breakfast, I found myself dissapointed. Of all the blends, this is my favorite! The price is great, even at the local wally world, this many K-Cups would cost me over about $58. This is a bargain. I had to laugh when it arrived, because it's just the cardboard box with 75 K-Cups. Trust me, I counted! Same great quality, perect blend and helps me get my day going! ... show more
