It's a good size. 24 oz keeps you hydrated, but it's not too heavy you don't want to carry it around. 2. It's durable and hasn't had any leaking issues, even after running through the dishwasher multiple times (though we usually hand wash them). 3. I wish the spout was slightly bigger, but it does well enough when I want to gulp down some ice cold water on a hot day. 4. The base fits in most vehicle cup holders. 5. I got this to replace a previous water bottle that could only hold cold liquids and was always collecting mold. This one is much better suited to my needs. It does a good job of preserving the temperature of both hot and cold liquids, doesn't leak, is easy to clean with a bottle brush and can be carried around by the handle (or put into a large purse) when I'm on the go. The key to cold water drinking starts with you. I fill this bottle with ice up to its fill line and then add water to it. This is the thing that makes it last all day and so should yours. It may not work for those who keep their’s in a hot vehicle all day, but it sure has worked for me at my workplace. Ice hangs well in my workplace and may work for you in your’s as well. I am pleased with mine. It’s easy to drink from. The top has a lock feature to keep the lid closed and it works very well. It can be easily hand washed or can be washed in the dishwasher although there may be a fading of the surface depending on what detergent is used. That is up to you and how you feel about that. The taste of the water is unaffected by the interior of this bottle. That matters a lot to those who use them and I am one.
