I originally purchased this bag to haul all of my music gear in one bag. It ended up not being right for that as one of my pedals is long and there is no way to customize a compartment in that shape (the dividers only work across the short side, not length wise). I fully intended to send it back, but my teen ended up taking it to use for ski travel. She can put the dividers in and have long underwear and ski socks separate from her regular clothes. No more digging to find what she needs. Plenty of compartments and then a divide with a padded pocket for her iPad and charger. There are pockets that she can use for personal items and keep everything organized. So… while we are not using it for what it is marked for - it is a great bag! We especially like that the inside is orange - nice and bright to be able to see items in low lighting. I only wish that there was a better way to customize the dividers so I could have used it for my music gear.

Actually thought this would be bigger, but I really like the size too. I use a bigger bag for my XLR cables, power cords, power strips, DMX cables, adapters, etc. I needed another one because I have so many cables and adapters. This one is smaller but has just as many pockets (actually way more, like 12 different pockets total). I’ll be using this for smaller gigs instead of using it as a second bag. This will be like a satellite bag to my main (Mission Control) bag. It’s going to be great to have a bag that carries less but just as padded and professional. It’s very rugged, strong fabric, stitched well. I can tell it’ll be durable and last for years. It has a ton of pockets! Way more than most DJs would need, in my opinion (I’m not going to need app of them, that’s for sure, but I def LIKE and appreciate having a ton of options for little things like pens, adapters, cable ties, biz cards, instruction manuals, small tools, etc, etc. Interesting that it came with a rubber American flag patch. I thought they just added it in the product pic for decoration. The patch can be taken out via Velcro and/or you can add your own patches. Pretty cool, if you want or like that option. Padding is what you’d expect from a gig bag. Padding is customizable like they say. It’s great to have customization like this; I will probably make a customize compartment for my small, Chauvet gobo light. Zipper quality is what you’d expect too. Overall, highly recommended bag!
