Very Pleased
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover
Size: Queen
We purchased both a full and queen size of this futon for our Airbnb. They look nice and fold out into nice beds as well. People tell us all the time how comfortable they are. I do use a mattress cover, but there is little padding in that. There are quite a few loose threads hanging around the zipper that need to be clipped...hopefully this doesn't indicate issues. We've had these for over year now and lots of guests have used them without problems. Unlike the video, it is NOT easy for a single person to put these down without removing the mattress. My husband always needs to help. The outer material is nice...it seems to wipe clean. We tend to get a lot of smudges from dirty kid's fingers etc. And it only takes a wet cloth to wipe it clean. The queen size does seem to slip down a bit and it needs to be re-adjusted sometimes. It's difficult for a single person to do that too. The frame seems a bit too small for the size of the mattress. Nevertheless, I just ordered a burgundy colored queen size for our upstairs...although this time I ordered the one with the flip out trays for beverages or whatever. I kinda wish I would have ordered that feature on the others too. I'm looking forward to receiving that one. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase.

Pretty good....
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover
Size: Queen
Its a nice futon, looks nice, didnt need to be a rocket scientist to put it together. Instructions are adequate not sure why some whined about them. The important pieces are color coded, hardware they show ya big pics of as needed. Follow the directions and you shouldnt have any problems. The mattress, not hard, not soft, is okay to sleep on, when folded to the sofa postion, is just okay. Maybe this is just because I got the "queen" set, but its very difficult to fold up from bed to sofa. The easiest way i found was to just remove the matress, fold it up then put the matress back on. Mattress is heavy, so not the idea scenario, but doable. I guess the thought being, you're not going to be doing this every day anyway. Shipping was awesome, mattress came first then frame the following day, all was before expected. Boxes are heavy, so be prepared. You will need quite a bit of room to assemble. Frame seems very solid, i saw some reviews that theirs broke... I'm, 225lbs and while sleeping, sitting, or folding it up, didnt seem weak at all. Not sure any futon is built to withstand gynnastic intimacy, or to have 3 rather robust persons on it, so take those reviews with a grain of salt. Over all, am satisfied with the purchase, I would imagine I will have this for several years and have zero concerns about the longevity of the futon. The mattress, is okay for now, it doesnt seem like if will pack down with use, but we will see.... (2 months later) Still love the futon, is still comfy. Make no mistake, one person is not folding this from bed to couch by themselves, without removing the matress. I bought the queen size, so keep this in mind. Also, with the queen size, the back when folded up is very very high unless you want the seat portion to stick out far. Still like it, serves my purpose. Save your back, remove the matress before trying to fold it up.

Very Poor Quality Mattress
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover
Size: Queen
It's been too long to do anything about it, was purchased in April of 2021. It says the mattress is an 8" mattress but is more like a 5" mattress. After having it for only 5 months I started feeling the wooden slats of the frame underneath. Started getting back pain and could barely walk. Ended up in the emergency room Christmas Eve with excruciating pain. Figured out it was the mattress, I can now only sleep on it if I pull the mattress onto the floor so it lays flat. Extremely Disappointed. Avoid at all costs. Frame is Ok though.

stupid mecanism, not as shown in the picture
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover
Size: Queen
wasn’t gonna review this especially after so long but here I am now. the shipping came in 2 ways, first the frame then 1 week later the mattress... strange. the back of the couch does NOT look like in the picture. shown here on Amazon, the mattress... stuff with scrap looks like to me and after a while off course it will become uneven, with wholes in it as wherever you sat for a while. you’ll need to flip it in order to keep it straight so you can sleep on it comfy. the mecanism absolutely idiotic, its easy to use it is just not even when on couch mode and non comfy to sleep on it as you will slide in the back of the couch. the Fram is strong and pretty though. Overall...... 3,5 stars I would say only for the frame, the rest... not worth it. For this price I would have got smith better. My mistake!

Beautiful Futon
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover
Size: Queen
This a wonderful futon. Great quality and price. Set up takes about 2 hours. All the tools for set up are included. It does arrive in 3 separate boxes (mattress, arms, and frame). All 3 boxes arrived within 2 days of each other. Solid wood frame will last a lifetime.

Sturdy, more comfortable than most futons, confusing shipping
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover
Size: Queen
Be aware the futon came in three boxes within 3-4 days of each other and the first box came about a week after being ordered so plan for at least two weeks from ordering. We only had tracking info for the first box and would not have known there were multiple boxes except for the other reviews. The futon is very sturdy and took 3-4 hours to set up. The mattress is more comfortable than a typical “college futon“ or sleeper sofa, but obviously no replacement for a bed. We are using it in a man cave/family room mostly as a couch but also has extra sleeping space on family visit. It looks nice though not fancy and work great for what we needed it for.

Very sturdy when assembled.
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover
Size: Queen
It arrived swiftly and all parts were included. No damage to any of it. We needed over 3 hours to assemble it, but there were no problems and we enjoyed seeing all the hardware fit perfectly. It is sturdy, nice looking, and the mattress will be very comfortable for sleeping. We have already enjoyed a nap or two on it.
