    • Installation could have taken two hours less if they had spent more attention on human factors
First, the good: It's really sturdy, and exactly how I envisioned it from the photos. I am happy with the unit overall. It could have been a 30 minute install if they had just paid more attention to the things I call out in the bad section... Now the bad. Never in my life have I wished so much ill on a stranger as I did with whoever designed the placement of their bolt holes. They do not thread easily, they are too close to the vertical or horizontal beams to make screwing them in straight or getting initial alignment anything short of Herculean in level of effort, and, in the case of the last flat surface attachment, I couldn't even get enough alignment to insert all four bolts because there were no guides to align it and you are working blind on the underside of the table after going through two holes in a crossbeam where there is no guide to get through the second hole. The plastic covers for screws are a nice idea but flimsy and tacky looking. Yes, it's better than if they weren't there but they feel like a fifteen cent afterthought and not part of a cohesive design. Finally, and this is not unique to this shipper and therefore more of a windmill against which I tilt: If you have a to-be-assembled product and the shipping weight of the parts is large enough, if you use styrofoam as your packing material, it will disintegrate between China and here. This means there will be thousands of tiny pieces of static-clinging bits of styrofoam to clean off of yourself, your carpet, your dog, and the product. This is in addition to the issue that it's going to be a full yard-waste size trashbag of material to throw away rather than recycle. I wish they would use a different material as this also added about 30 minutes to the total assembly. ... show more

Thought it would be too small my dual monitors to fit perfectly on the top and sturdy enough I thought it wouldn't be stable enough but it is and big enough and push the screens further away from eyes love it

    • Not fun to assemble, but good part time desk.
Straightforward assembly, but the screws don’t fit that great and you have to use an Allen wrench, so hundreds of half inch turns to put together. Bought it for my son in law to use when he visits, and he loved it. Plenty of room for his laptop, monitor, notebook, and was reasonably sturdy. Way better than the kitchen table, and I wheel it into a closet when he leaves. I got some brownie points for setting this up for him. ... show more

Ok so first... I have more than enough room . It wasn't too hard to put together but I will need to get more long screws because there wasn't enough. I wanted a desk that didn't take up my whole living room in my apt. I can sit at my sectional and work or stand up and when I'm done I can scootch it on the wall out of the way. First off I love the workstation - it gives me everything I need for a mobile workspace and a shelf for my dual 32 in monitors and stand (see photo). Now that I am a fulltime remote worker, which means remote is anywhere I can connect to the work network, I will be spending a fair amount of time at my condo down south and this desk makes it a snap to establish my workspace. Like others have noted, assembly was fairly simple - not many parts and everything clearly marked. So why the comment Good but Could be Great? Simply put, with a few modifications, this desk could be a great desk for the price point. There are '4' items which I include in this analysis: (1) The wheels, for a slight upcharge the wheels and mobility could be much smoother when going between hardwood/LVT and carpet. (2) Raising the desk, requires 2 people and temporarily removing the monitor stand. (3) a small basket drawer under the upper shelf would be fantastic as a holder for power supplies and in my case a docking station for my laptop. (4) - a power stick attached to the middle support bar. I've done each of these for a minimal cost and the vendor could have done these easily as well without a huge impact on the price. That being said I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DESK and hopefully the company will read this review, look at the photos and make a couple modifications to their design to make this GOOD desk into a GREAT desk! ... show more

    • Super easy assembly, very happy with this desk!
Received this desk last week and wanted to give it its due praise. Packaging is excellent; it's very unlikely to be damaged in transit. There are not many parts to assemble. I went from sealed box to completely assembled in about 40 minutes. Instructions are clear and all tools are included that you need to complete assembly. My only observation is that the manufacturer includes an allen wrench that is slightly too long to make assembly 100% easy (this is very minor but if they read these reviews, just shorten the short arm by 1/2" and the problem is solved). Assembled, I have 2 27-inch monitors on the top surface, and two laptops on the lower surface, and the desk holds these items just fine. I am tall (6'4"), and it accommodates my height as a stand up desk. It is a LITTLE wobbly at the height I have it set (not quite its max height, but within 1.5" of max height). I want to stress little... it is still very sure footed and I have no concern that stability is an issue. I think what I'm saying here is this is a "you get what you pay for" situation, in that for this price point, I am not surprised that its a bit wobbly. If you want zero wobble, look at at higher price point desks. I'm sure if you spend $600, you'll get no wobble. But, for $200, this will do the job just fine! I highly recommend this desk if you want to lock in a height and leave it there (I bought a high office chair for when I want to sit instead of stand). It is adjustable, but not easily, so it's not a good solution if you want to raise and lower it a few times a day. Otherwise, you will not be disappointed! ... show more
