    • Everything you need in one bottle
I drive a 2016 Ram 3500 with the Aisin transmission so I have the highest of the 3 power ratings the Cummins come with for that model year. I've always run an additive in it since the day I bought it. I was using another brand that is sometimes considered number one depending on the review you're reading. In a lot of the reviews I came across this additive was also at the top so I decided to do some more research. One of the first things I liked is that it's developed by a company that makes fuel system components for diesels. The second is that it's actually endorsed by some of the vehicle manufacturers. Third is that everything you need (cleaning, lubrication, cetane booster, winterizer/anti-gel and so on) is in one bottle. I called Stanadyne because you can get bottles for one specific purpose such as lubricity or winterizer and I was curious if those are more effective at doing that specific job than the blue bottle that contains them all in one. They do not, it's just as effective in the blue bottle as it is in the individual bottles however, the treatment ratio is different. I was still hesitant to purchase this stuff since I couldn't buy it in the big jugs like I could the other stuff. I decided to check on here and to my surprise I came across this case right here. This is an excellent value and the product is great. I'm a mechanic and very maintenance cautious, I strongly believe in preventative maintenance and just taking care of your vehicle in general. With diesel being what it is these days and the costs of fuel system components, anything I can do to preserve or extend the life of the components, I'm all for it. Since my truck isn't very old and I've used another additive prior to converting to this, I didn't have performance issues. One thing I was very happy to notice is the fuel mileage, according to the data screen on my truck. I've never seen better 17.7 to 18.0 MPG average on the highway. I drove to the beach and back the other day and was averaging 19.2 last time I looked at it before I made it home. While that may not be a significant increase, I was certainly pleased. I will continue using this stuff from now on and I will buy all my cases from right here as I've looked and not found a better deal for a case yet. ... show more

If you have a Diesel engine, truck, car or something else, you need a fuel additive. Have used for years in the tractor. Never a fuel issue. I was using the Ford Performance Enhancer & Cetane Boost in my truck, but during the freeze of 2021, it did not prevent icing--really not its fault as it does not have anti gel capabilities. They make one that does, but it does not boost cetane. This does it all; is economical (8 oz to a full tank) and seems to keep things going. Stanadyne, a maker of fuel injection parts, was not happy with the available additives and, so, developed their own. It may be like taking vitamins--if you don't get ill was it because of the supplement--but, it is cheap enough and the fuel is of such low quality that it seems to be good insurance. I have been using stanadyne for 7 years. My duramax likes it. While installing a lift pump I look in the fuel tank, looked brand new. No dirt, water, nothing. ….. I have a 1970s tractor. They had higher sulfur (lubricant) diesel. I added some out of curiosity, while running, Immediate change. Tractor ran much quieter and smoother. This stuff works ... show more

Easy to add when fueling up but would be nice if it came with pre fill bottle marked for oz for fuel gallons to use when you fuel up or want to top off your tank .

This stuff is amazing, and in my experience, has always paid for itself. I have an ‘04 F-250 with 6.0 engine. I started using it on a mechanic’s recommendation because my fuel mileage was very erratic. My MPG ranged from 14 - 18 MPG, even under identical driving conditions. I was probably averaging 15.5. Using this product, I average around 18. So, if you figure the increased MPG, this product more than pays for itself. I also have increased power and quieter start-ups.
