Well made, no metal taste, the spout works perfectly as long as it's tightened properly when installed. It's got a loose cap which keeps the water flowing well... however if you're moving down the road in an RV, you may find some water splashed out once you reach your destination. A very small price to pay for a very nice stainless water vessel. My wife and I really love it.

Works great, was skeptical if it would hold the 5gal bottle but it does. We've had it about a month and no rust is present anywhere. The valve knob is good quality, its stainless steel instead of plastic and was easy to install. We've had no leaking anywhere. Plus it looks great. Bottle sits flush in the opening.

I wanted something that did not have the style that punches out the center of the cap on the bottles and the Crockery style were way too expensive and breakable for my home and the clear plastic ones never held up. Only down side is the the ring on top just sits loosely on to and can easily shift when putting bottles on top. If they would fix the then it would probably get the 5th star.

Before buying anything, I always read some reviews to see what I’m getting myself into. What I saw was the same couple of issues some people had, and that turned out being that they were using it beyond its capabilities. . This product is made for 5 gallon water bottles at an ambient temperature. Too many bought this as a beverage dispenser and complained about leaking, even though it’s made known not to be insulated so anything other that an ambient temperature, it’s going to sweat on the outside and that will puddle up on the floor. This is meant to be a bottled water dispenser only! The other complaint buyers had was that the lid was loose fitting and made a mess when trying to travel with it. If everything in the product description was read, this is only a cover to keep dust and debris out when a bottle isn’t in place, not a sealed lid. This product meets and exceeds all my expectations, works exactly as it should, as well as looking great! It’s very affordable compared to others and so easy to use, a caveman could do it
