I have bangs that require regular trimming. Though I have 2 pairs that I regularly use, I was looking for something a bit sharper, and this did the trick! I love that it comes with a pouch as my others didn't and the addition of the comb is a nice touch. I may try trimming my husband's beard with it soon. I've used it for several weeks now and love how it cuts. It feels like good quality and I find myself getting excited to use it every single time. It's the little things in life. I love the look of it, it fits nicely in my hands, and very easy to use. For $8.99 it is a good deal for the scissors alone! I'd definitely recommend these scissors - but make sure to use it on hair and not on paper or cutting for regular every day things, to maintain the sharpness!

First, these are not in any way, shape or form “professional” scissors. My wife’s been cutting hair for 3 decades and these do not compare to hers. With that said, at this price point these are great for home use. I intended to use them to cut the dreads forming in my livestock dogs fur but decided to keep them for human use. They are very sharp, and ergonomic. Although, if you have bigger hands you may find the finger holes a little small. I use them to trim my beard, mustache and other hair that appears to be growing at an accelerated rate as I age. You older fellas know what I mean. Also, if you’re using them for those pesky nose hairs, be careful…they’re sharp! Don’t ask…just trust me. I rated them 4 stars only because of the finger holes. It would be better if they came with another set of smaller inserts. Otherwise, they’re a good bargain.

I bought these scissors to trim the hair on my stuffed animals and dolls. They have a nice weight to them and feel well made. The black matte finish looks good, and I like the touch of glitter in the removable finger rests. The finger holes feel a little small, but since I’ve never owned this style of scissors before, that might just be standard. They cut cleanly, and the tension can be adjusted with the screw on the handle. One small gripe is that the leather pouch has a logo printed on it, and the application looks cheap. It’s not a big deal since the pouch will just sit in the drawer with my doll clothes anyway, but I would have preferred it plain. The included comb was a nice bonus and works fine. For $9, these scissors meet my needs perfectly, and I really can’t complain.

I finally have a decent pair of scissors to cut hair. I am not a barber, but there are times that I have a section of hair that needs to be cut, and I have been using regular paper scissors. I suggest something like these, since I got a clean cut, and they fit very comfortable in my hand. They seem to be very well made, and high quality for the price. I am not sure why they included the comb, it does not compare to the quality of the scissors.

Typically I'm the one who cuts my family's hair, including the dog's hair. I have a variety of clippers and tools to help. I'm always in need of scissors. I like very sharp scissors that aren't too heavy. This is why I was interested in these Stainless Steel Professional Hair Cutting Scissors. The scissors were in great condition. There weren't any scratches, bends, alignment issues, or other noticeable defects. They seemed very sharp and included a comb along with a pouch for storing the scissors. They are fairly comfortable. I didn't find them too heavy. The rubber inserts can be removed, which helps with comfort. The finger support is fine. It's not my preferred style for finger rest, but it works fine. There is a tension adjustment which is great for those who are use to adjusting the tension. The scissors are sharp and do a good job with beard and mustache trimming. They work well with bangs and end trims. I found them to be comfortable without too much fatigue on my hands. The comb was nice and straight. Overall, these are decent scissors. I found that they cut well and handled nicely especially for beard and mustache maintenance. For that purpose I do find the value to be good.

These shears are basic and a little on the heavy side, but they are sharp enough and certainly functional. The comb is... a small plastic comb. The rubber finger rings are comfortable and a nice inclusion. I got these for facial touch-ups in between groomings on my standard poodle, and they will serve this purpose well. They'll also be good for edging his ears. This is perfectly fair for the price the shears are being offered at. They're excellent for small "in between" work like this for dogs or if you maintain your own bangs or your child's.
