The material is top quality 316. Be aware that it will blue if it gets hot while cutting it. Use a high quality diamond blade. Use water to keep it cool. The thinner the blade the better.     • Fix your bathroom corner cracks forever

I have tried to repair the corner cracking in my master bath for years: it just keeps cracking. The original builders built this poorly, with no hardy board, and no corner support (the tiles were all in good shape except those near the cracking). So no matter what I did, it just kept cracking every three or four years. Even silicon fails here due to the large gap. So I wanted a way to fix it long term, and I think this was the solution. I cut these by hand with a cut-off grinder, and notched the left piece to fit the towel rack, and I think this will work well. I glued these in with clear silicon and then did the outer seal with white silicon (this picture is before the final cleanup). My only negative would be the cost, but then again, a lot of it was probably shipping. ... show more

Nice quality stainless steel corner. Nicely packaged. Arrived quickly. True to the gauge. Better then I expected Was concerned it might be a little thin and flimsy. It’s not at all. Nice and sturdy. One thing to be aware of - I bought this to protect a outside corner post for an outdoor application. My Lawn care guys were destroying the wooden edges of several posts with their string trimmer / weed wackier. I should have really bought an outside corner not an inside corner. There’s a difference when ordering - as to which side is perfect. Made no difference for my application - just be sure to order the right corner ‘inside’ or ‘outside’ ... show more

    • Not a tight 90 degree angle
Size: Outisde Corner 48" Long-
This product is a nicely protected quality product however it wasn’t a true 90 degree angle so it didn’t fit snugly against the corner, it also didn’t have any sort of bend at the edges to make up for the sloppy 90 angle. It also had sharp corners snd edges. To be fair I didn’t contact the seller, but I did take it to my local sheet metal shop to have them put slight bends on the edges, sharpen the angle and smooth the corners and edges. Again I didn’t contact the seller who may have helped me, but I didn’t have time to send it back. ... show more
