I gave this product a 4 star because it worked for me. I know how to use these tools and like anything you need to take care of the things you buy. I don’t force this tool with hard clays that you need to mend on your hands first. This product is meant for soft clay. I clean it with a Q-tip, and I unroll it but NOT all the way, that could be one reason for people saying it breaks. It works fine. ... show more
