I finally bought myself a zester that I have wanted for a long time. I used other gadgets but I wasn't getting what I wanted. Since I've never used one like this, I am finding practice makes perfect. The blades are quite sharp and it took a little time to use it with ease as in the beginning the lemon kept catching. I'm a rookie with some new toys. It does remove quite a good amount of zest which I was pleased with. It is a good product. I like that after I am done that it comes with a cleaning brush and a sheath which adds protection when in the drawer because as I said it is rather sharp.

This zester is exactly as described. You could spend more money but it's essentially the same product. Has a nice guard on the zester and came with a small brush for fine cleaning. It's nicely balanced with a good grip. Will be perfect!
