I have been using this shower system for almost a year now, everything still works great and the finish looks brand new. Handheld wand is very strong when using it with shower head off. I wish the rain shower head could provide stronger flow though. Overall excellent system.

Despite almost breaking our contractor, this shower is amazing, looks great, feels great, quality materials, and has a fabulous customer care team ready to help. The diverted handle (bottom) turns toward the hot/cold water indicators to change the temp. My contractor was convinced the water indicators were reveresed and that the top of the “S” was like an arrow and that the top of the “S” served as the temperature indicator. He was wrong lol. Anyway, despite the moaning and groaning about that imagined issue with the diverted plate and the increased install complexity of the plumbing… the shower head works flawlessly. The rain head is amazing, the hand held convenient and powerful, and the customer service was phenomenal. I do not believe they’re working in any US time zones though just so you know… the responses I got from them came around 2:30-3:30 AM EST. They were even willing to make a custom face plate with the indicators relocated if that was what I needed. Thanks for the offer, I got lucky though! Thank you for the great product and service as well. Now to clean up after this reno! 🤦🏻♂️ ... show more

The color starting coming off in the first year I bought, about 9 months in and now the main shower head button doesn't work properly. The button sinks in. The shower head has very slow water flow. Skip this!

Faucet paint comes off. Sadly we ignored other reviews and it happened again. The black paint has peeled off the mechanism that comes off the wall. Not sure if the seller will be kind enough to replace it, but as of now, I cannot recommend anyone purchasing this shower set. Update: The seller sent us a replacement for the part that had the paint coming off. We bought 2 of these unit and they have been working fine aside from the paint issue. Looks great. Very nice rain-like feel but it leaks so much. After turning off, the shower head will keep dripping water for 30 seconds or so. It really does waste a lot of water.

I love this shower system - it looks sleek and beautiful, and works well. The matte black is very modern, and the water flows well. I had to contact customer service once about an issue, and they were fantastic to deal with.
