We just remodeled our shower and installed the SR SUN RISE Shower System with Push Button Diverter, Wall Mounting Luxury 10 Inch Rain Shower Head with Handheld Spray. The look is amazing. Multiple workers from both the tile/remodel crew, the house painters, and the glass shower enclosure people love the look. The flat controls on the wall looks so custom and high-end. The push-button water controls to select the 10" rainfall head or the hand-held unit are easy to operate and precise in the on/off function. You can leave the water valve on with your temperature set and easily switch between the two or shut them both off while you soap up, shave, etc. Push the corresponding button and the flow starts again at the temp and pressure that you had already selected. The temperature control is easy to adjust for the hot/cold mix and holds the temp without any variation. The water flow is amazing, and you can increase the flow by having both the rainfall head and the hand-held unit on at the same time. We are extremely happy with this and feel that we got an outstanding value for our money. We've been using it for two weeks now and expect that it will continue to provide the shower experience and retain the great looks.

This is a great product. It even came packaged elegantly in a black box with white gloves. It works great and looks beautiful in my shower. The flow of water is good and everything works as advertised. The rainfall showerhead gives you a very relaxing shower, my kids love it. I installed another one of these in my second restroom and it looks nice. However, I will provide an update that the shower system i installed in the first bathroom works just fine however, one of the push buttons seems to be getting stuck, so might have to reach out to the manufacturer and see what I can do about it. I have now noticed that the buttons in the second shower gets stuck as well. In both showers, the button that is getting stuck is the one for the overhead. Other than this, the system has worked perfectly fine and I’ve had them for two years now

Amazing quality. We ordered two of these shower heads when we remodeled our house. I had an issue with my button diverter months later and reached out to the manufacturer. They sent me a new diverter and even helped answer my questions on how to replace it. They were so friendly and easy to work with. I am not super handy and I figured it out easily with their help. and The staff at Sun Rise is wonderful and their shower systems are metal and great quality. Love this product!!!!

The media could not be loaded. I remodeled my bathroom 2 years ago. Hire professional to install the SR Sun Rise shower system. The push button diverter stopped working after a few months. I reached out to the company about my issues and no one responded. 2 years now, the button diverter completely stuck and no longer working. I need to hire another contractor to remove the system and replace the shower tiles in order to install a different shower system. This is a very costly nightmare. The company has no intention to fulfill their responsibility just want to sell their lousy products.

Great quality product. Looks and works perfectly. Nice pressure on rain head and hand held. Had to install with no open wall so that was a little tricky. No leaks so apparently I did something right, even if I am a male. Fit and finish on this product is really good. I would definitely recommend this shower combo.

The media could not be loaded. Edit to say, I am changing to 4 stars as I cleaned directly above the rain head, it appears the contractor did not flush the line, because it was full of debris. This obviously slowed the flow quite a bit, since clearing it out, very satisfied with the amount of water and pressure. Still have a few random leaks where the water just pours out. I’m not sure if that’s design issues. If I adjust the rainfall it goes away but it’s just kind of weird that it just pours out sometimes. Otherwise it would be five stars.. Overall I like this shower set up, I am a little disappointed with the pressure of the rain fall. The handheld has a nice amount of pressure however, it seems to have much warmer water when switching over? My concern with the rainfall lack of pressure is, I can tell that water is not even coming out of every hole, I am not sure if there is a clog. I am going to attempt to remove it and clean it and see if there’s any debris in it. I may also try to remove the cartridge, although I’m a little concerned as I’ve done this with other showers and it’s not an easy task and requires a special tool. Contractor who installed kind of turned into a jerk at the end so who knows what he did there’s definitely some shotty work so it wouldn’t surprise me if he didn’t clean the lines? For the price point it’s a decent shower. It feels nice in your hand, and I know the valve was a good quality. I have had a few issues with leaking and I would adjust the buttons a few times turn the water off and on, and it seems to clear itself up. I hope this is not a sign of future failure.

I needed a square tube downspout to complement my square design bathroom remodel. I ran the plumbing through the ceiling for my 16" rain fall shower head and this Sun Rise 11.8" downspout was the final piece of the puzzle! The spout appears very well made and easily holds up my giant shower head with no issues. The spout came very well packaged with all parts in individual wrappers so they wouldn't get scratched. I am very happy with my purchase and it really finishes off my design! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a squared downspout rather than standard round pipe!
