Like the newer model that it now changed the hot/cold water from knob to push button style to be easy for soapy hand. Also the feature to adjust the hand held show head holding angle is the reason I finally chose this product. Many other similar products or the older model of this product is in fixed angle to hold the show head, not flexible for usage. Water pressure is good., Also it now allows water spray out from both rainfall and hand held part at the same time. A bit confusion initially is the button usage that when it is push in which means to stop/"OFF" and pop-out means "ON". Guess this is related to the design of mechanical valve and makes sense. Also will see how long it lasts. Overall a very elegant design and heavy duty good product to recommend.

my sister has a moen shower in one bathroom, and i put this in mines. i like this sunrise shower kit a lot better.... the hose is very useful to wash the hard to reach areas, and the shower head has nice output.

Functionally the unit is terrific, good value, easy installation. However, I’ve had this in service for about a year and the finish of the hand held hose is chipping badly and we don’t use it heavily. Repeatedly tried calling and emailing the customer service lines and have had no answer or reply. Although there is a 10 year mfg warranty, try and get it!

Despite almost breaking our contractor, this shower is amazing, looks great, feels great, quality materials, and has a fabulous customer care team ready to help. The diverted handle (bottom) turns toward the hot/cold water indicators to change the temp. My contractor was convinced the water indicators were reveresed and that the top of the “S” was like an arrow and that the top of the “S” served as the temperature indicator. He was wrong lol. Anyway, despite the moaning and groaning about that imagined issue with the diverted plate and the increased install complexity of the plumbing… the shower head works flawlessly. The rain head is amazing, the hand held convenient and powerful, and the customer service was phenomenal. I do not believe they’re working in any US time zones though just so you know… the responses I got from them came around 2:30-3:30 AM EST. They were even willing to make a custom face plate with the indicators relocated if that was what I needed. Thanks for the offer, I got lucky though! Thank you for the great product and service as well. Now to clean up after this reno! 🤦🏻♂️

This product leaks. The internal cartridge are made out of a cheap plastic. They’ve sent me a replacement and I still have the same problem. Very sensitive to temperature. They sent me a replacement and still has the same issue. Now I will have to pay thousands of dollars more to remove this from the finished tile wall. Never have I’ve been so dissatisfied with a product!

This is a great product. It even came packaged elegantly in a black box with white gloves. It works great and looks beautiful in my shower. The flow of water is good and everything works as advertised. The rainfall showerhead gives you a very relaxing shower, my kids love it. I installed another one of these in my second restroom and it looks nice. However, I will provide an update that the shower system i installed in the first bathroom works just fine however, one of the push buttons seems to be getting stuck, so might have to reach out to the manufacturer and see what I can do about it. I have now noticed that the buttons in the second shower gets stuck as well. In both showers, the button that is getting stuck is the one for the overhead. Other than this, the system has worked perfectly fine and I’ve had them for two years now

This shower system works great. I bought two sets. They provide comfortable showering experience. One of them stopped working after about 10 months. But they have a limited lifetime warranty. I contacted the manufacturer. Their support people are in China. I often get emails from them close to midnight here in the west coast. :D They determined that the cartridge needed to be replaced. They shipped a cartridge as well as two check valves and a brass lock nut at my request. I messed up the threads on the original lock nut. I replaced all these parts but found the water couldn't be stopped by the lever. I emailed with the support back and forth trying to troubleshoot. They were finally able to get some parts back in supply on Amazon and sent me another cartridge to try. This time it worked and I got my shower back working well. Great support from Dan. He's great to work with and he has good English skills. Thank you.
