Arrived on time. Well packaged. Except condition, good craftsmanship, sounds good. However, the E string is missing a string locking screw. Other than that I love it. Update... Took it to a local guitar store for a pro setup. Intonation was a bit off, screw added, new strings, neck tweaked, and action lowered because it was a bit high. Well build solid, heavy in a good way since is 2/3 of thinner. Good pickups. Only cons: nut 1.64 which means 41 mm wide fretboard. Tight . Maybe for small hands or thin fingers . Fender quality at Squier tag!!

Nice fret finishing, no sharp edges,finish is perfect. I can't speak of how it plays yet. I'm a lefty, trying a LH for the first-time. I'm not used to the satin texture on the back of the neck yet. I don't find switching over easy .

Had to return this item twice due to multiple quality issues. The strings were broken, the pickup was loose, and the nut slot was poorly cut. Unfortunately, Amazon was not accommodating with the second return!

Horrible setup, nut was cut way too low and even with adjusting the action up to 2mm the thing still buzzes. Truss rod adjusted okay, but still didn’t fix anything completely. Also, the guitar arrived with some sort of condensation on the bridge plate. The photo looks like it’s just smudges from my hand but it was like an oily consistency and it was literally right after I opened it out of the box. ... show more

Nice upgrades over the $229 version. For $20 more you get split shaft tuners, a belly cut and my favorite upgrade a string through body. The butterscotch finish is better see through than the model I had a few years back and the wood grain shows through nicely. I can’t put it down. Love it.
