This toy is super CUTE! Our dogs go crazy with it, so much so we use it as a reward for good behavior. One of the puppers loves the crinkly part of the toy and the other gets super excited with the squeaker. Our puppers LOVE to destuff toys, any and every toy they have that is their favorite thing to do. So far after a couple of weeks with both of them playing with it, the toy is holding up and the seams haven’t been easy for them to tear apart. We usually only get a couple of weeks out of toys like this, so it is a 5 star for me because it has lasted longer than most toys. Would I purchase it for $16.99? No, if they do end up ripping it to shreds but if they don’t or if it lasts for longer than a month then YES I would. I will update my review in a couple more weeks to let you know :) ... show more

My dog is a super chewer! Stuffed toys are only enjoyable if she's allowed to fervently pull all the stuffing out of them and triumphantly roll in the polyester guts. She also enjoys carrying the remaining carcass around to initiate play. This was a happy toy and is now a favorite stuffing free giraffe shell. ... show more

We love these tug toys that are shaped like other animals. They're kinda quirky and cute, and it just adds a little flare to the typical tug toy, making it extra giftable to the dog lover in your life. I really like that the dogs love to play with it, and it seems to be holding up pretty well!

This toy has made several of my dogs very happy! Two of them like the soft squeaky and the other likes the crinkle paper and that it is long and swings from her face when she holds it in her mouth. It is nice and soft and crinkles very nice, a good toy for dogs that are not destructive, it isn't made for heavy chewers for sure. ... show more

My 80 lb pit mix loves this toy. He's famous for destroying toys unless he really likes it, then he covets it and makes sure it lasts. This is one he loves. He plucked off the little ears and other small things sticking out right away, but everything else is intact. He does play tug-o-war with it, but he thinks it's weird that it stretches. He prefers fetch with it, even though tug-o-war is his favorite game. Overall it's a good toy and worth the price. If this is still for sale when he eventually destroys his, I'll gladly pay the asking price for a new one. ... show more

We have four dogs and go through dog toys at a pretty good clip. This one has held up pretty well with some play tug of war between humans and dogs and dogs and dogs. The squeaker, like many squeakers broke after a week or so but that's typical for all of our toys to be honest. I gave an 82 lb dog that loves to chew, play tug of way and fetch. This toy does everything. It squeaks from both ends. It stretches to make the tug of war interesting and my dog can thrash it around. He loves it. It did take a long time to get here but perhaps that is due to the toy's popularity. This toy has a "springy" midsection with squeakers inside the stuffed sections at each end. Overall it's a pretty durable toy, but our aggressive little furbabies (a Border Collie and a Sheltie) have managed to extract the squeakers and all the poly-fill stuffing. That being said, they still love playing tug-of-war with it and have a blast chasing each other playing keep-away when one gets the toy away from the other.
