That's a tough combination to find! I'm always on the lookout for tough toys that aren't just plain rope toys/tugs. Thought I'd give this one a try. The green rubber piece is super thick and solid. It'll take a bit to cause some damage to that! The rope is good and thick and long enough for a good game of tug. Tbe only thing I wonder about is the material sewn over the connection points of the rope. Once the dog finds them, that fabric/stitching will be gone in no time. Hopefully that doesn't affect the integrity of the rope underneath. Even if it does, I think we'll get our money's worth out of this!

This toy is awesome. It's my girl's new favorite. While still technically a puppy, my dog is over 100 lbs now and loves to play...she goes hard so any toy that lasts more than a few days always makes me happy. She's been going pretty hard on this for well over a week and it still looks new. That's impressive. Some things I like about this: Nice strong woven rope. Some toys have ropes with a million strings coming off--not this one. Nice bright colors so it's easy to find. It goes really far when thrown making it a great fetch toy, though she doesn't wanna give it back but she doesn't have to! Cause we can go right into tug-of-war! The rope is nice and long. Many toys are too short to really play tug-of-war properly so the length is great. Plus when it gets slobbered on, there's lots of length to grab that's still dry. It has a squeaker. I don't usually see this in toys made of thick thick rubber like this one. At first I didn't think it squeaked but you just have to squeeze (or bite) it hard. My dog also entertains herself a bit with this one as she carries it and swings/whips it around. I'm amazed she hasn't broken or hit anything with it yet to be honest lol. As you can see in the pics she has even been caught sleeping with it. So I'd say she likes it a lot. For the current $15 this toy is totally worth it. Gemma 🐕 loves it and would recommend it she says. I hope this review was helpful, thanks for reading.

After more than a week of rough play and tug of war between both me and the Barker Brothers (2 German Shepherd brothers), this toy is still intact and shows few signs of wear. Yes, there are some teeth marks, but there are no holes or splits. The rope is attached well and is usually the first thing that pops/breaks/shreds on a toy like this but not here! The rubber is quite thick and heavy and the knobs must feel good on the teeth and gums because one of the brothers usually has this toy in his mouth chewing on it like it's a big piece of gum. There is a squeaker but it's a quiet little chirp, not an obnoxious squeaker that makes ME want to find and pop it. This has been quite a favorite of the Barker Brothers, and they are NOT nice to toys. I am pleased when a toy lasts for a couple of days, much less more than a week! Definitely a worthwhile purchase for puppy (or two) who are tough on toys.

My dog loves this. He chews up all his tennis balls and this is really thick so he can’t do that. He brings this to us to throw all the time. The rope is great quality too so it isn’t getting ripped up.

The media could not be loaded. My canine kids love this toy. It is quite large and heavy for a rubber squeak toy. The rubber is pretty hard, and it takes strong hands or jaws to squeak it. The texture is great for cleaning teeth and adding stimulation. My pitbull seemed a little intimidated by it at first. That surprised me because he likes to play rough with big thick tug o war ropes. But he got acquainted with it in a hurry, and the fun began. Clamping down his jaws and pulling on it were a delight for both of us. He then had a concerted chew session, and I knew that would be the durability test. Next his sister had her turn chewing on it. I'm pleased to report there was no visible damage to the toy after those two rounds. I've had plenty of hard rubber toys for them, so I knew what to expect. This toy is top notch so the durability wasn't a surprise. I expect the rope may fail in time, but this rubber should last near forever. My kids are are 62lbs and 52lbs, but the size of this toy should be fine for a 100lbs plus dog in my opinion. Price under $15 is fantastic and far better than any brick and mortar store. Definitely recommended!

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely awesome toy. All three dogs wanted it but I got it for Emberly and she does not want to share. Hard rubber. Long cord with slight bungie. Throws great. Clean handle. Tiny squeeking from large dog but he chewed up the squeek in 30 minutes. He is not allowed to play with it. Still works great for Emberly. She is a very active Mudi and this toy wears her out. Awesome! See video.

My 63-pound dog like this toy. The rope is thick, strong and long enough for me to hold. The green rubber piece is very thick and solid. Now I can play tug of war with my dog by using this toy, and he is crazy about it.
