This is great for small businesses! We run a T-shirt tent and ringing people up is so easy. The kiosk stand allows you to add everything up, change or add prices through the Square app, the spin it around towards the customer for quick payment. Highly recommend and the stability is great! The size is perfect, you can pick it up because it's lightweight or leave it on the table. There is also an option to attach it to your check out counter with screws. This is my 4th Square POS system. The first two outdated. I've had the Square stand 1, the Square Register 1, the Square Handheld, and now this one. In my opinion, the iPad based Square POS system is the best. I didn't realize when I get the Square Register that they would eventually not update them anymore. That is an EXPENSIVE item to replace. I'd rather get continuous updates on my iPad and not run the risk of having to spend nearly $1,000 on a new Square Register system. Go with the Square Stand. I really like this stand. I’ve been a Square customer since the beginning but I always only used the magstripe devices for my phone. My current business was in need of something a little bigger and better. I love how easy it is to set up and the versatility that it provides in taking payments. The fact that it swivels around allowing my customers to complete their payments is so convenient. The app that goes with it is user friendly and easy to use. I really love that it can be used offline since I sell at outside events that I don’t always have internet access at. I do have a hotspot on my phone but that only works if my phone has service.
