We're new to the world of pickleball, so this set was an excellent starter set for us. It included everything we needed to hit our local court - including a nice set of LAMINATED directions on how to play the game. This was especially nice for us being newbies for quick reference during our first outing. The kit comes with 4 paddles, a nice set that allows the entire family to play. The paddles themselves have a nice feel to them. They feel like a good entry-mid level paddle that are wood, laminated in a plastic-type material with a printed design on them. The design is nice and has an overall good aesthetic to it. The handles are soft, and well-wrapped making them comfortable to hold during the game. The edge of the paddles have a plastic protector, which is a nice added feature as I'm sure over time we'll knock them on the ground etc. The kit comes with 4 balls, 2 different colors each. They seam like a decent quality ball to get you into your game. They were consistent with bounce and hitting direction. I'm sure they will wear out over time, but it's nice that there were 4 included. I didn't see any issues with them. The kit also comes with a bag/pouch to transport your equipment. This is probably the biggest downfall of the kit as while it's nice to have some way to store/transport your equipment, this bag fell short on a few things. It would of been nice for it to of been more of a "case" that kept things (ie the balls) from rolling out while in store. Also, we did have the handles of the paddles get caught in the webbing of the bag, making it a little more time consuming to get your equipment out. Don't buy this kit simply because it includes the bag, as it's really not that useful. And lastly, the kit came with a very nice set of directions. It was nice that they were a heavy laminated material that allows you to take them with you without worry of crinkling them over time. As a newbie to the sport, the directions were very well wrote, included nice diagrams, and were very helpful in getting us started on our first game. It was nice that they took the time to help make it a stress-free first game. Overall this kit met our expectations for an entry-level first time set. The only downfall for us was the bag, as it would of been nice to have something that held the paddles and balls more securely.

Well made and cute colors. We've always wanted to learn how to play pickle ball and this was a great set to learn by. All the pieces were included. Easy to set-up, easy to use. And the pink was well received by the kids (all girls).

I wanted a set of paddles for when we have friends play with us that doesn’t have their own. These ones are nice enough, and the patterns on them are fun. I like the feel of their grip. I think this is a good, affordable pickle ball set!

Our family has yet to jump into the world of pickleball so I picked up this set to give it a try. I think it works great, especially as a “novice” player. The grip was great, just what I expected. I imagine it will wear down over time and get sticky from heat. The paddle itself was much more of a plastic-type material than I expected. The description says it’s wood material but I don’t know that any part of it is actually wooden. It will probably get some good scuffs and scratches as it gets some good use. Overall, it’s great for a newbie, but probably not for a league member.

The media could not be loaded. Visually this is great looking vintage-vibe set. The netted bag easily holds all 4 racquets and balls. Love that it comes with some game instructions and 2 indoor and 2 outdoor balls. It’s a fun set. I do know that wood racquets aren’t the best for performance when playing but for our recreation purposes this is great. Really happy about it. It would be a fun gift. Love love love how it looks and the leather wrap on the handles feels like great quality
