I have dogs. They are house-trained, but even the best trained dog sometimes has an accident. This stuff works on any surface, but where it shines is carpet. Almost every carpet cleaning solution says to "remove excess wetness" but i never felt like I could get enough up to really get the carpet clean. That's where this comes in. Sprinkle it on the wet spot, leave for 30 - 60 minutes, and it pulls all the liquid out of the carpet and you can just sweep it up. Afterward, I spot clean with my usual solution and it's like it didn't happen at all. No funkiness, weird smells or stains appear later. Also, this stuff is extremely light so a 4 oz bag will clean multiple spots. I get the large bag now and it lasts me months. It's a great value!

Works amazing on messes from our new puppy. Just remember it is really meant for hard surfaces. I was able to use it in a poop accident from the union a carpet but it is not recommended to do so and it works best on hard floors. Quick to use, hid the smell and allowed me to skip scrubbing. My kids loved it and made cleaning puppy messes much easier.

I have three dogs... two tiny stubborn yorkies that can't hold their pee for more than a couple of hours and an old little guy who is at the end stage of life so I've used this product on a LOT of things so this is a mixed review. SCENT: a few reviewers disliked the scent. I am super sensitive to smells and i thought the smell was on the pleasant side. It doesn't linger but hangs around just long enough to rid the room of the gross smell of whatever you just cleaned up. It has a laundry detergent type of small that borderlines on a floral/fresh scent. VALUE: on my first use, I immediately learned that pouring it out from the bag is a hug waste. I took an extra little plastic scoop from a bag of oxygen laundry whitening powder. That worked great so I keep it in the bag now because each "job" varies in size and horror. So, considering the value while using the scooper, I find it to be worth the cost. Does it work? It really depends on what you're using it for. Here are my experiences: PEE: Works great. It doesn't take a lot if you sprinkle it and move it around and "work" with it. I found that it worked best on pee. For reference, I have to small dogs and one mid-sized Bichon Frise. POO (regular): Works well but next time I'll just use my old method of toilet paper. DIARRHEA: Had to use more than I wanted to. My little old guy has this occasional problem due to medication he's on. Because it's not watery liquid, it didn't work as well as it does on urine. You have to really work at it carefully and reapply a layer afterward to make sure it's all gone. It was still easier than the toilet paper method I've always used in the past because that was pretty gross. This is where the smell of the product is super useful because diarrhea smells super rank. VOMIT: This has only happened once since I purchased this. It was a similar experience to the diarrhea experience because of the consistency. My little Bichon threw up his dog food and it was on the pasty liquid. IMO it was a little easier to clean this than the diarrhea but that might be psychological lol. Again, the scent of the product really helped a LOT in this scenario. In conclusion... it's not perfect but I will repurchase when I run out. On a side note, I have antique spanish tiles in my kitchen with deep, thick grout lines. This product is great at pulling whatever I'm cleaning out of those indentions and leaving nothing stinky or staining behind.

Worth it!! Even helped with our fly problem in the yard our puppy poos in. It absorbs quickly and thoroughly. The scent is very light but still tames even the stinkiest smells. Just bought the kit this stuff works so well!!
