I like these Spring Chef Premium Swivel Vegetable Peelers! I found them one day when I stopped cooking supper to shop Amazon because I realized that I was wrinkling my nose as I sifted through five old peelers, trying to remember which one was the least frustrating to use. These are, as pretty much every review states, very sharp, so they make short work of peeling, even though I'm especially slow and careful with them. I don't even have to use a paring knife to cut off the ends of carrots, just give them a whack with my peeler. I wasn't sure I'd like their soft surface, but all I notice is that they're comfortable to use and work well. They play nicely with the dishwasher. I don't miss my old peelers one bit.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love my Spring Chef Premium Swivel Vegetable Peelers! These little gadgets have made such a big difference in my kitchen. First of all, the design is fantastic. The purple color is vibrant and fun, and the soft grip handle is a dream to hold. It's comfortable for both left and right-handed use, which is great for my family. But let's talk about the real star of the show: the ultra-sharp stainless steel blades. They truly make peeling effortless. I've used these peelers on everything from potatoes to apples, and the blades glide through like they're cutting through butter. What's even better is that they don't take off too much, so I'm not wasting precious produce. The built-in blemish remover is a thoughtful addition, too. Maybe it’s just that the blades are new and still sharp, but this peeler works better than my old peeler. It’s also nice that it’s more comfortable to grip. Since it was a 2-pack, I gave the extra peeler to my mom.
