"RANDOM" is in the brand name, and you're definitely getting some random chinese product here, but hard to argue with the price. Very disappointed. This was a gift for a teen. Due to unforeseen circumstances I just gave the gift now. The return period is over and it shuts off. It will not stay on. Numerous adults have looked at it and it is defective. I have been scammed out of my money for a broken item. Terrible experience

Let me start out by saying you pay for what you get. I gave it a 3 star rating because it is a beginners toy. First of all I tried to get good video quality on all the different setting and it seem the same. Also attracted a external mic to see if I could get better sound quality on the mic input and did not work, I tried to change setting for the sound on the camera but no luck. The mic did work on my other camera. Also I received two batteries and one of them did not charge. Over all it is a beginners toy and after all the fuss I'm sending the camera back for a refund. don't waste your money ... show more

I love the little camera. But I lost the charging cable that came with it. I have searched all over the internet tring to figure out what cable will work with this camera or where to buy it. NADA! No information. No way to contact the seller on Amazon. No customer support for Sprandom anywhere to be found. If anyone has any info, it would be appreciated. ... show more

    • Audio is horrific
The audio is so bad I thought it was just in the camera but after taking the footage off the audio is so scratchy you can’t make out anything that is said

    • Microphone?
Not sure if I need to buy a microphone or if the audio will sound better after downloaded into our computer, but the playback sound on video is awful. I can never understand what is being said in our videos :(
