This is my first ever weighted vest yet I am confident that I’ve chosen one of superb quality due to its structure and performance. I researched many other products before deciding upon this one and I am so glad in proceeding forward with this purchase. It is so comfortable and has truly elevated my cardio. The vest itself is so comfortable, especially in the shoulder padding which I believe to be paramount in a quality vest since the weight gravitates down and center. The weight is also dispersed in such a way that you are aware of it but also without discomfort. Should you experience any discomfort you can easily mitigate that by adjusting the weight and/or straps which was a huge factor for my purchasing this. I do very much appreciate that you can adjust the amount of weight, customizing it to what you are doing performance wise or where you are strength wise, while also being able to cinch the vest inward which helps keep in place. This is especially of importance if you intend to do any sort of cardio or calisthenics. I haven’t found it to be a burden at all. To touch again briefly on the straps, the shoulder straps are marked off every inch so that you can achieve them being even on each side which I think is just so thoughtful and haven’t come across this on any other product. You can also roll up the remainder and secure them with a piece of provided elastic. Literally every inch of this vest was created with consideration for the user. Another selling point for me was the midline zipper. The thought of having to heave a heavy vest above my head prior to a workout and then again when exhausted felt daunting. Regarding size, I believe this to be a one size fits most which is very evident in just how long the waist straps are. Some users, I believe, mentioned a specific smell but that was null in my experience. So yes, although this is challenging me, that is precisely what I was in search of and I just know it will pay off and it’s just so well constructed which justifies the price. I strongly advise you, too, to invest in this product and your cardiac health will be sure to thank you.

I LOVE this weighted vest. It is superbly constructed and fits the torso perfectly. It never feels uncomfortable and I use it for over an hour every, single morning. Since I’ve only had it a short time, I’m starting out at 10lbs. But the beauty of this model is that you can adjust your weight tolerance up or down by simply inserting (or removing) the 2 lb weights to the attached pouches on the vest. You don’t need to go out and buy another vest - this one will grow with you as you become stronger. I have no clue about the alleged “smell” others have mentioned. I had no issues with this whatsoever as there wasn’t any. But if you do have a problem just set the vest outside for 30 minutes or open a window. This is such a minor detail when compared to the benefits. This vest is an outstanding value for the price. You get a wonderful addition to your work-out regime that is built to last and will make you/keep you strong.

I love the design of this vest (and the pleasant purple color). It is adjustable, easy to put on and take off, comfortable to wear and doesn't pull on my neck like another style that I tried. I love that you can adjust the weights to gradually increase to your goal vest weight. I gave it a four only because I find the pockets a bit snug making it challenging to get the weights in and out, but not a deal breaker by any means. A minor issue. Also, reflective strips would be a big plus for future designs since it sometimes get dark before I finish my evening walk.

I’m a 5’9” woman and around 190 lbs, and finding a weighted vest that actually fits well and feels comfortable can be tough — but this one is a winner. Fit & Comfort: The vest fits snugly without feeling tight or restrictive. The shoulder padding is a big plus — no digging in or chafing, even during longer workouts or brisk walks. It also doesn’t shift or bounce much, which is something I’ve had issues with in the past. Love that it zips up rather than having to put it on over my head. Workout Performance: I use it for walking. It adds just the right amount of resistance to increase intensity without compromising form. I’ve noticed better endurance and muscle activation, especially in my legs and core. Design & Adjustability: It’s low-profile and well-balanced, with adjustable straps that help dial in the fit. Just a heads-up — if you’re bustier, it might feel a little snug at first, but it’s still very wearable once adjusted properly. Minor Cons: It causes piling on my shirts from rubbing. I would think this is a common problem for all weighted vests so I didn’t knock a star off for this. Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a high-quality weighted vest that fits comfortably on a taller or curvier frame, I highly recommend this one. I’ve had this vest for 3 weeks and I really like it. It allows for adding weights, although I’m still using 6 lbs. I didn’t want a vest that had to be put on by pulling over my head. This one allows you to put one arm in at a time and then zip it up. There’s Velcro straps at the bottom for a custom fit and there are adjustable straps all over to allow for different sizes. I’m 5’5 and 118lbs. I have it on the shortest and tightest and it fits great. I really like having this vest as part of my workout equipment!
