They work and are easy to use. Adjustable for different ankle sizes. Velcro strength is strong. Complaints are it’s bulky and I feel like I look silly while wearing them, especially since I have short legs. Because of this, I’d probably try to look for something else in the future. Putting the weight bags in and out isn’t always easy because the sand (or whatever is in there) shifts around in the little bag so I just end up using it with all the weights.

So glad that I found these. They add up to 10 extra pounds overall which is needed to make an impact. The weights are easy to insert and remove. It has a very long and durable strap so that the weights stay on.

These have strong velcro and easy to adjust, but don't really get tight enough to stay in place without moving. Not a big problem if using them for strength training, including barre, but not great to wear for cardio exercise. The fabric used for the sand bags doesn't seem quite as durable but haven't had an issue yet with them. Overall, these are good and get the job done for my purposes.

I read the reviews. Some considered them bulky. While they are a bit larger in comparison to the ones I replaced. These are so much more comfortable on! I hadn't expected that. I bought these for the purpose they were adjustable with increasing or decreasing weight. First workout in. I increased by a pound on each weight. They were so comfortable...that the slight increase wasn't truly noticed. Just how comfortable they were on. I couldn't not help but notice. I'm glad... I bought these. That the comments on being bulky didn't change my mind. Highly recommend...and I say that. With these not my first set of ankle weights. But a replacement of what had begun to fail me with the velcro no longer functioning.

These weights are a perfect way to add a few pounds to each of my legs when I do leg-lifts and other leg excercises at home. They come with 5 lbs for each ankle weight, but I am starting with just 2lbs for each. Some of the comments said that it's hard to remove the weights &/or to put them back in. I did not experience this. One must just be patient. Each 1lb weight is a little "bag" of "sand." I just have to wiggle it slowly to put it in or take it out of its "sleeve." I love these! And I love the color!
