This is a great case but the instructions need a bit of massaging. My case came with two adhesive strips on the top case and there were many other obvious spots where the adhesive strips should also be. The same situation was present on the bottom case. So naturally, I used the additional strips that came in the box. What I found was that the lower case was so "stuck" that I couldn't push it up enough on the phone and the hinge flap had a huge gap as another reviewer posted. I had to use a guitar pick to pry the case off the phone and removed a few of the strips. Then I tried again and boom! The hinge flap is now perfectly closed. Morale of the story....you only need a strip on the left and right of each half of the case.

Fits like a glove. Been using spigen since i moved using samsung products and never disappoints me. Works as advertised. Maybe others are receiving fake ones and explains the problem they have. See the photos and hope it does justice to show how perfect the fit is. Item also comes with spare double adhesive if ya'll to remove it. Grip is very good and quality is not cheap. Color is like matte black. Protection at its best since u have the hinge protected with a bonus stand.

I've used spigen cases for all my phones and everything I get one It feels like a quality product, not this time... Don't get me wrong this case will protect your phone but idk what happened to the standards of this company. And the worse part which is a dealbreaker for me is that this case is NOT designed to fit camera protectors so if you chose this case it your camera will be exposed to scratches

So -- long story short .... I used a Spigen tough armor case for my last Samsung flip 3 phone. Great case - no problems. Now I upgraded to a Samsung flip 5 phone --- and immediately ordered the Spigen tough armor case for it since the last one was so great. Took over a month to get it. Case looks nice with the Abyss green option --- however this was short lived. Spigen made the case material out of silver plastic -- then painted the case green. A week of use with minor use results in the "green paint" scratching off --- leaving it unsightly. Why did Spigen not just use a plastic material that was the same color throughout for the injection molding process? Next the kickstand does not work........if you try to open it it just bends and will not open. Seems any more pressure and it would just break off. I reported this hinge issue to Spigen ---- and their response was for me to take a video of the problem. Kind of hard to do with the case mounted on the phone with the double sided tape provided. Overall a real let down in quality for a $50 case. Not the Spigen quality that I was expecting.

This case is a tank! I waited for a month for it, and I'm so glad I did. Absolutely outstanding case. Grippy, looks great, and it's like a coat of armor for my phone. I'm a geologist, so naturally I'm going to be hard on phones working around dirt and rocks all the time. Very pleased with the ruggedness of this case, and I have zero doubts that this case will protect my device from the elements. By far the most protective case out there for the ZFlip 5.

this is better than flip 4 casing, which using "grip" instead need to rely on the sticky tape. the bottom part does not fit properly. there are like 1 to 2 mm gape at the bottom and cannot be push to close the gap. the hinge protection also kind of weird. when you close the phone, it will have opening gap between it and the top part (casing came in separate top and bottom part. hinge protection is with the bottom part. so not sure what will happen if the phone is drop at that perfect angle where the hinge is exposed. the camera opening is veru tight that you can't use any third party lens protection. fortunately, my lens protection outer ring can be removed so it can fit with the casing. spigen ez fit screen protector fit nicely.

I am not sure what other reviewers are complaining about. I installed the case without the adhesive strips and it fits very securely. The hinge protector is spring loaded and stays put. The kickstand works as advertised. When used with the Spigen tempered glass screen protector you wind up with a fantastic protection package. I replaced the KEZiHOME case with this one and have no regrets.
