My iPhone 8 was my workhorse after I gave my 6 to my wife. Then I bought a pair of 13 Minis last Christmas for my wife and I. And I swear, I still think my 8 is faster loading and running apps than my 13. I prefer it overall, EXCEPT the 13 has such an amazing camera! But I'm here to talk about the case. And the Spigen Tough Armor is one amazing case! I was looking for a tough case for my 13. I normally prefer the Twelve South BookBook cases, but I knew that I would be using the 13's camera so much that their case just wouldn't be the one this time. I was also concerned about back protection as my 8's glass back had shattered and I had no idea how that had happened. This review, and several others, rated the Spigen Tough Armor very highly. And I bought it. Shipping was very fast, which I appreciated. The fit is excellent on both my 13 Mini and my 8, there is no danger of the phone coming out of the case without intent. And they are very well-protected. Initially, I thought the case was a little bit slick and could use some texturing, but I've changed my mind on that score. I perhaps would still like some texture on the sides, but I can live without it. Excellent case. I will definitely be giving Spigen serious consideration for future case needs.

I bought this case in December 2018 for my iPhone 8. The case just started falling apart in September 2022. Over the years my phone has dropped, been on trails, bounced around on mountain bikes, taken on numerous vacations, the back is beat up, the rubber is getting sticky, and I've gone through a number of screen savers. But through it all, the phone has never been damaged. Not much more I can say.

This product is amazing. At just under 20$ this is essentially an otter box. With 2 layers of protection. Hard/soft. This case provides all the protection for your device youโll need. Highly recommend 10/10! Will be using for all my devices in the foreseeable future!
