Such a sturdy and premium feel! The kickstand is a game changer! It's nice to be able to have when you are laying on the ground or in bed.     • Great new "v2" case compared
Case now comes with built in kick stand, wish it came with a wrist strap, but not absolutely necessary. Fits nice and snug, no awkward gaps, and works as intended. Haven't dropped the Steam Deck (not planning to anyways). Would recommend over the bulkier Jsaux cases.

Love the case. Fits steam inside deck carry case. Works well with any dock I’ve tried as well. Kick stand is nice when needed but can be unstable on certain surfaces.

    • Cased and confused
I purchased this to protect my investment and it works but I also purchased the other case for another Steam Deck and was confused why this model had a stand on it and is compatible with the dock but the other one is that doesn't support the dock doesn't have a stand. Both work and were a good buy.

I'm generally careful with my gadgets, but some protection wouldn't hurt. We're planning a trip to FL and needed something to protect the Steam Deck on the go. The case seems pretty solid, gives the Steam Deck and nice grippy feel when holding it. The stand doesn't feel flimsy and holds the Steam Deck up pretty good. There were only a few requirements that I needed my Steam Deck case to have and luckily this Spigen case fits the bill. First, it fits the official dock, second it's slim enough that it doesn't add much extra weight and fits inside the clamshell travel case, and lastly (although it could have been a bit better) it has a kickstand built-in. Spigen fails to mention the peel off stickers that attach to the Steam Deck, which in itself is a sign of weak design. Came out of the original box feels and looks used. Never buying a Spigen product again, buyer beware.
