TBH, I cannot attest to the durability nor actual effectiveness of this Spigen AluminaCore Tempered Glass Screen Protector (and hope to never have to inadvertently find out LOL), but I must say that the installation process is quite easy and the results are “spectacular” (to quote a famous line from an old Seinfeld episode LOL). Seriously, these were the easiest screen protectors I have ever placed and the fit and finish on my iPhone 17 (standard base model) was great. The installation process is clearly outlined in the provided instruction sheet, although the best method is following the video instructions which are accessed via the QR code provided. The kit comes complete with a great cleaning kit which also includes a very useful dust removal “tacking” sheet. Two complete screen protectors are included in the kit (they come pre-attached and aligned on two alignment frames). This may be a good thing for some as it does take a little effort to get a perfect result without any bubbles whatsoever. A nice squeegee tool is provided which makes it very easy to remove any air bubbles. It is a little more difficult if you happen to get a little dust particle caught under the protector but there are video instructions on how to deal with this as well using the dust removal stickers. Being a tempered glass screen protector, this is a little thicker than the old style polymer film protectors. However, once you get a hang of it, the ability to get it to seat with absolutely no bubbles whatsoever, and the precision of alignment made possible with the alignment frame, makes this by far the best screen protectors I have ever installed. There was no reduction that I noticed in the touch sensitivity of the screen and the smoothness of the screen protector and smoothness of operation such as with swiping etc was excellent. The glare from the screen protector is the same as the unprotected screen as it has a smooth glass surface so it did not add any anti-glare properties. The fit goes right up to the edge of the iPhone 17 frame and placement is easy to do with the alignment frame. This is the first screen protector that I was actually able to install where up close it was very difficult to discern that I actually had a screen protector in place (meaning absolutely no bubbles, dust, with absolute clarity). As a matter of fact, when a friend of mine noticed a had a new phone, he mentioned that I should get a screen protector for it, not noticing that I had already installed this one! I cannot address the durability as of yet but should I ever need it, the kit comes with two complete sets so I am covered! I think this was reasonably priced for the quality and general ease of installation and would not hesitate to purchase again.

I am very happy with the performance of these screen protectors. I wasn't all that thrilled with the inexpensive kit I was using before, a very popular item from JETech found here: https://amzn.to/3SN1x0s I found that those screen protectors offered zero fingerprint resistance and worse yet, they would eventually show a dot matrix which obscured the screen. It also seemed like the touch-points were off...maybe it's just fat fingers. These protecters solve all those issues. Nice fingerprint repelling coating, no visible dot matrix, accurate touch points. The install was fairly straightforward, though this is likely the most copious waste I've seen from a phone screen install. The guide is thrown out with each use. While it is technically recyclable, I know most centers send plastic like this to the landfill. So from a waste perspective this is not so hot. That aside, these are the best quality screens I've used in a while. If you just want cheap bulk because you crack your protectors all the time, the above item works well. If you want something premium for your premium phone, this is the one (from what I've tried).

Overall, I’m quite pleased. The fit is perfect and no conflicts with a Spigen Tough Armor case. The alignment tray worked flawlessly to get it perfectly aligned which is good because the gap between the screen protector and the lip of my case is about the width of my pinky’s fingernail. My only gripe, and the reason I docked a star, was the installation video showed that you load a pull tab onto the adhesive backing of the glass protector and once the tray is in place you pull on it to remove the adhesive backing and expose the adhesive to come into contact with the screen while holding the tray in place. The one I received had no such contraption. You have to remove the adhesive backing first with the adhesive facing downward, then very carefully align the tray on the phone until the adhesive comes into contact with the screen. I still got a perfect installation with no air bubbles, so I can still recommend, but the confusion about the installation video was annoying.

So easy to install and I always struggle putting screen protectors on well. No bubbles and the touch screen sensitivity isn’t affected. I need to stock up on these so I always have them available!! Just buy it! I had purchased a different one for my phone just 1 day before and it had already cracked, and I had a hard time typing on my phone with it. Immediately took it off and purchased this one. So glad I did!

I have been using this screen protector for about 1 week. I am giving the Spigen iPhone 17 Pro screen protector 5 stars because, the package was in good condition, and it came with all the supplies needed to install two screen protectors (if I were to need to use the second one). I really appreciate the official Spigen explainer video for how to apply the screen protector, linked here on Amazon, just giving that extra piece of mind on top of having the simple application instruction diagram included in the box (there were two of these too). There was also a helpful review video from "FIRE WOLF TECH" that was linked here on Amazon as related to this product, which helped me better understand the installation process. I like that my phone is still able to detect even the lightest touch of my finger. My screen functions just like normal. I also like that this screen protector works with my OtterBox Defender Series Pro Case with Magsafe. I did have to take this case off, to be able to use the Spigen screen protector application frame but, after putting the screen protector on, I put my case on with no issue. Fortunately, I have not had to depend on this screen protector's protection. If I were to nitpick, I would say it might be nicer if the edges of the screen protector were rounded, and that they didn't leave a gap between the inner border of my case and the edge of the screen protector. Though, they are only noticeable if I swipe my finger all the way from the border of my case towards the screen, and only in certain spots. So, the edges of the screen protector are no problem at all, just something I noticed. I've not seen a screen protector designed any different. So, this one is good, as far as I can tell. I'm happy to have a Spigen screen protector, that's so easy to apply and perfectly compatible with my OtterBox case.

Well done Spigen. Screen protector went on without a hitch and ended up perfectly centered. Phone fell off a shelf a couple of days later and the screen protector broke, but the phone didn't. Glad there were a quantity of 2 in the package. The second one also went on without any problems and also ended up perfect centered. The instructions are clear & easy to follow and the applicator/guide gets the protector on correctly. Screen protector is silky smooth, fits well, looks great, and is thicker than the previous one I had. Again, well done Spigen
