  • Spigen Glass protectors are TOPS!
Though there are some great glass screen protectors on the market, the Spigen GLAStR EZ FIT ones are by far the best ones I’ve used to date! Whether it’s for the IPad Air (5) like this one, or for the iPhone 14, the self-aligning and practically self-installing ones from Spigen are the easiest ones to install and give perfect results. The guides and carriers attracted to the glass assures they go on straight and perfectly positioned. Though the one for the iPad takes a little more care due to its size to get any bubbles out, bubbles are few and far between. A tiny bit of work with the included squeegee got the one bubble I had right out. Th camera cutout in the installation tool doesn’t quite match the camera on the series 5 iPad Air, but it seemed to work fine. I’ll always look for Spigen first! Buyers beware - there are knockoffs out there that copy the look of the Spigen packaging, so make sure you’re buying genuine Spigen products. ... show more

  • Excellent product
I installed this in like 3 minutes. Super easy install and no bubbles or dust!!! This is my second purchase of a spigen screen protector. Great quality without the hefty price.

  • Nice product but tricky to install
I’m a big fan of Spigen products and was happy to see that they offered this screen protector for my wife's and my new iPads, but even with the perfectly well-designed plastic template and following the directions meticulously (including applying the screen protector in a steamy bathroom), I still had to free-hand one of the screen protectors because of problems peeling off plastic cover of the protectors and dust specks sneaking under the protectors. Everything is OK now, but, in both cases, there is a corner of the protectors that is not quite adhering completely. It’s just devilishly hard to avoid dust specks getting under the protectors as you apply them. There’s got to be a better way. ... show more

  • Spigen has come a long way from their original applicators ... for the worse
A few years ago when Spigen first started their applicator line for screen protectors, they were simple in design, application, and success. They began getting fancier and then Spigen dared to create their own proprietary (maybe?) iPad applicator and it falls flat - only metaphorically as it would probably work better if it literally fell flat. Let's begin with the fact this is a $20 screen protector and comes with 1 (ONE) protector - as in, if you screw up, enjoy waiting for the Amazon delivery guy to throw another one at your door for another $20. Equally-priced competitors are giving 2, even 3, in a pack. I got to the step of peeling the back film back and the protector itself began to detach from the applicator frame - first red flag. Unlike their iPhone applicators where you'd stick the applicator onto the phone, ensuring straightness, you are manually aligning this screen protector on with only the rounded outline of the frame holding your iPad as a guide. The "press and slide" mechanic doesn't work so well on a screen protector that is being held on (barely) to a separate flimsy frame altogether, and I found I was left with at least 3 separate air bubbles - compared to 0 on previous iPhone installs over the years. Unfortunately one of the air bubbles was in fact a dust speck bubble - I should note my iPad Pro is brand new, as in I got it the same day as the protector, and did not take off the Apple film until the moment of applying the Spigen protector. I did also include the process of the given alcohol pad wipe down and dust stickering, leading me to believe the only time dust could have gotten in/on was when the back film was peeled off and the static from the protector drew the little weasel in. All in all, one of Spigen's worst implementations of their *own* designed and severely overpriced. I will be trying one of the 2-3 pack guys with more reviews who also have applicator frames. ... show more
