This product was exactly as described. It is a perfect fit, and more durable than the Samsung original. I happened to drop my phone with the Samsung case, and while the Samsung did protect the phone (landed on the corner, of course), the corner of the silicone Samsung case ripped and thus wouldn't protect in a future drop on the same corner. This case doesn't feel as nice as the silicone original, but it's more durable and arguably better, as the tacky silicone would drag paper out of your pocket with the phone. You still have to supply the pen from the Samsung original though, as this doesn't come with a pen (not a surprise; well described). ... show more

I appreciate the streamlined look of this case. It holds my S-Pen just fine. After using it for a couple weeks, I learned you won't lose the pen as long as you snap it into the case as instructed. Good product. Wireless charging is easy. Sturdy enough without being an industrial case. The only thing I liked better about my Otter Case was the protection provided by rubber port cover. Had this case for over a year and it's one of the best. This phone case has been THROWN, not tossed, around multiple times (for unrelated reasons. It may just be that I have a decent screen protector.) I can't say specifically how it lands itself but it's definitely bounced around faced up/down/whatever and it's still perfectly fine. I can't say the same if it were to fall from a high place. I would hope not. I got the S-pen from pre-ordering the S21 Ultra + other items up to $100. So yes, you would specifically need to get a S-pen fitting this case (you can still buy the pen at BestBuy at the same $40 price). No, it does not come with an S-pen itself but that is written in the description. All you're getting is a $20 case. That being said, I barely use the S-pen and misplacing my phone makes it harder to find with it being a black phone case. But as much as I would like to get a different more visible phone case, I am too afraid that a different phone case will not hold up better than this one. Durability is more than I could ask for. Quality is good enough. I'm not picky and I don't need it to look a certain way but I like the texture it has VS the Samsung version I could've gotten. The pen has never come apart from the case even when thrown so for $20, it's a steal. ... show more

Recently, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra, and took it to the Verizon store to have the sim card installed and registered. The tech working with my phone said, "Ooo... you got the Spigen case!" I was proud of my new Samsung phone, but this guy saw hundreds of phones daily, and he was impressed with my Spigen case.
