It didn't come with instructions and I didn't search terribly hard for a potential QR code, but was super simple to figure out!! The product photos on here were easy to match. Took about an hour and was very intuitive to put together. Easy to adjust tray levels even after the cover is on. Looks SOO MUCH nicer than my old plain garden tent (which can go back outside now for hardening off seedlings for the outside garden 💚). Paired with a outlet timer, this was absolutely worth the purchase. Elevated my indoor plant game immensely. Incredibly sturdy! Perfect size (medium one)! Not blindingly bright and the solid sides help from lighting up the whole room. The wheels are very sturdy and overall I love the whole thing 10/10 functionality! Materials feel very well made and doesn't come with an overpowering smell like other rubber/plastic tents. My only potential complaint is might have to replace the main zipper in a year or two after lots and lots of use - easy fix (if you don't know how to sew, watch some YouTube or call a friend). I can see this being the last tent I buy for my houseplants and the potential repairs are worth that.

Flimsy. The whole thing is wobbly, and can barely support the weight of seed trays. I’d return but I missed my return window. Save your money and buy something else. Customer service, though, seems excellent. They contacted me and offered a replacement.

The shelves are just the standard metal shelving you get at walmart and assemble the same way. The tent is very good quality, good zippers, fits perfectly. The trays are unusual but work perfectly as well. It all goes together quite well. I would like to know if I can get replacement light strips, a heater, and a timer.

Is it worth what I paid? Sure. It does the job and holds the weight of several gallon jugs of copepods and algae cultures. The instructions are difficult to follow and not clear. The zip ties for mounting the light brackets are awful and break easily, so use better ones. The brackets are sharp, so be careful handling them.

Top heavy. Rings in legs are deformed, shelves don’t fit tightly and will slide down. Customer service is worst in industry. A single reply every 24 hours. Took over two I weeks to resolve issue, I was super patient and just gave up.

This was easy to set up and the lights are powerful and warm. My flower starts were getting leggy with my previous set up, they seem much happier in here. Easy to move, I set it up on an outlet timer with no issues.
