The photo shows a project I completed using these bits and a 1/4 ball nose for the roughing. They are good, but not the best quality. Good product if you're looking to cut wood or other soft materials. They saved me a lot of money because these bits can go for over $20 a piece. Like most things from china; you get what you pay for... -1 star: quality isn't great +3 stars: price point +1 star: packaging is good (each bit comes with a case with the tool description.) These cutters are excellent for the 3018 CNC ...... just buy more, you'll like 'em....... The 1/4" set are too long for the 3018, these finish really nice.

I've been using these Spetool brand bits for about a year now. After several hours of use at home making PCBs, I brought a .25mm bit to work for low-medium production engraving, mostly aluminum. 6 months later it still cuts like butter at only 8000rpm, up to 10ipm, .003" deep.
