I was so excited to receive this machine, but it doesn't work! Lights flash, and things beep, but no washing happens. i have contacted the seller, and get a reply that they have received my request. What I actually asked for was to return it, but instead was given a link to the manufacturer, who is not responding. I have no idea if they plan to ignore me longer or send someone to fix it or allow me to return it and send a replacement. I will not be buying from third party sellers again! ... show more

Great machine but the digital interface is unreliable. Mine would fill up, lock the machine, and then not respond. Now it's messed up completely at just under a year old. Praying for a one year warranty as I contact this dealer... but they aren't answering

We had high expectations and were proportionately disappointed to receive a washer that was not functional. I was equally underwhelmed by Speed Queen's "response" which was a suggestion that I call a repairman.
