I was so excited to receive this machine, but it doesn't work! Lights flash, and things beep, but no washing happens. i have contacted the seller, and get a reply that they have received my request. What I actually asked for was to return it, but instead was given a link to the manufacturer, who is not responding. We had high expectations and were proportionately disappointed to receive a washer that was not functional. I was equally underwhelmed by Speed Queen's "response" which was a suggestion that I call a repairman. Great machine but the digital interface is unreliable. Mine would fill up, lock the machine, and then not respond. Now it's messed up completely at just under a year old. Praying for a one year warranty as I contact this dealer... but they aren't answering
