Perfect fit for a mid 2000's 4.0L 4WD Explorer
Fit perfectly in an '04 4.0L 4WD Explorer, with separate tranny & steering coolers. Not a fun job though (Really STUPID mounting design by the Ford guys!!!!!) & I've been turning wrenches for over 40 years.

Had it for almost a week and so far so good, can't complain
Same size as the original radiator my Explorer V8 of 2004 had. Had it for almost a week and so far so good, can't complain. Excellent brand, good quality and better price, i'd definitely recommend this one for any Ford Explorer that fits in.

Good quality for price.
Very good quality radiator. Made in China but price reflects this. No installation issues with part. Installation in 2003 Explorer XLT 4.0 was however a major pain. There are several bolts that are very difficult to remove/install, not a novice project.

Fit without any issues, thinner than the factory radiator but temperature is running normal even towing the boat in the Florida summer.
