I got a new iPad Pro for Christmas after giving my last two to my father and daughter. I have a lot of Apple technology like laptops and iPads that are just part of my life with Apple as a designer and design teacher. The iPhone is always amazing and even though there are many other smartphones that are super cool; the iPad has always been the potential for the space between my iPhone and my laptop. The camera is amazing and the ability for using the Apple Pencil gives my stylus addition a break. When I went to the Apple store to check on a case; there was just a couple of choices outside the keyboard (which I don’t want); and they were over priced. Speck has been my favorite maker of so many different versions of my itech stuff because of the quality and consistent tight fit and simple style. This case is perfect for the $1,500 iPad Pro at this low price. And Amazon has been carrying Speck cases for years. I like this iPad cover better than any I’ve tried to date. It sits pretty secure in my lap using it in landscape mode. It is easy to hold in either mode. It is a little sluggish to go to sleep when I close it and you have to latch it or lay it flat. Doesn’t have a magnetic latch. Unfortunately I will be returning. I ordered this product because of the good reviews and thinking it was compatible with the new 2020 iPad Pro 11”, which has a square fitting for the 2 cameras This only fits the 2018 iPad Pro 11”, which only has one camera. It says it fits both but does not. The product was also packaged loosely, it just slid right out of the box it was in. No tape, no zip ties, etc. Upon visiting the Speck website, I saw this case but it was only advertised as the iPad Pro 11” case. It is falsely advertised on Amazon, saying it fits the new iPad. Just be careful if you have the 2020 version! It will only fit the old iPad Pro 11”! ... show more
